Roliva Hotel & Apartment Danang in Da Nang

This is the worst!! It's so noisy, I couldn't sleep at all!!

The hotel is right in front of an 8-lane road, so I heard motorcycles and cars honking all night long. (Southeast Asian buildings often have thin walls and windows, so there's zero soundproofing.) It felt like I was lying down on the side of the road.

To make matters worse, the bed was right next to the door, and the noise from the hallway almost gave me a nervous breakdown. Every time the elevator stopped, there was a 'ding-dong' sound... neighbors slamming doors... people chatting in the hallway...

What was even more ridiculous was how incredibly hard the bed mattress was – it felt like sleeping on the bare floor. I've been traveling all over Southeast Asia for years, staying in hotels 365 days a year, and this hotel had the worst road noise I've ever experienced. The mattress was also the hardest, and this is the first time I've ever stayed up all night because I couldn't sleep. I can't believe such a normal-looking hotel could be this bad.

Seriously, do NOT come here. Shouldn't you at least be able to get a proper night's sleep? The terrible road noise makes this the absolute worst, worst hotel!!
