Reviews
The pros: the room size and the fact that it is a corner unit with many windows. That’s basically where the positives end.
Now the cons. It is genuinely difficult to sleep here. Starting around 5:00–5:30 in the morning, it becomes extremely noisy and sleeping is impossible because there is a football field nearby, and children start playing at 5:30 — with all the shouting and noise. Naturally, this wakes you up. So if you plan to stay in this hotel and your windows face the road, I would recommend either considering another place or preparing earplugs, especially if you’re sensitive to noise.
The hotel itself is old, even though the design looks relatively modern at first glance. There are many signs of wear in the room: stains, mold, smoke-damaged furniture, burn marks on the furniture. Some lights don’t work. The bathroom is very dim because the light bulb doesn’t fully function. And the cigarette smell is extremely strong. Every day someone smokes — either in a neighboring room or below — and the smell goes straight into my room. Only yesterday I reported this at reception, and they said they would fix it. Today, waking up at 5 a.m. to the kids’ shouting, the room already smelled of cigarettes again. Clearly, guests are not fined for smoking. Honestly, it makes sense, because even in my own room the furniture already has nicotine burn marks. It seems there are no real smoking restrictions here. Anyone sensitive to cigarette smoke or with allergies should consider this a serious warning — this hotel is simply not an option for you.
Another thing to know: right next to the hotel there is what feels like a mini-dump. So if your windows don’t face the noisy “micro-stadium,” then your view is either the dump or another building.
As for the location: the location is decent for those who like to be central — this is almost the center. It’s also close to the sea. You can even partially see the sea from the room. But the other issues overshadow these advantages. The mold, the dirt, the noise — it’s impossible to sleep properly.
My recommendation to the hotel management: carry out a full renovation, eliminate the mold and stains, fix the soundproofing, replace the old smoke-damaged furniture. All of this is fixable, and with these improvements the hotel could become genuinely good.
I originally considered this hotel for a long-term stay, maybe even for a few months. But my six-day trial showed that living here properly is impossible. I will be moving out. I hope this review helps both the hotel management and those considering this hotel as an option.
Although technically not beach front but was Quite lovely view of the beach. Super soft pillows and clean sheets.
I needed to extend one day and they were kind enough to make adjustments and move my luggage.
I’ve got an apartment a little earlier than anticipated and requested a refund for 2 nights, they gave it to me without an issue. Had friends leave their luggage in the lobby for half a day no problem.
Overall, I felt welcomed.
Location is amazing, the beach is close, lots of places to eat around, while being a quieter place.
I requested extra towels because the pillow was too high and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my request was denied without a reasonable explanation. Instead, I was given a towel cover, which obviously could not be used as a substitute.
Even after I calmly explained that the pillow height was causing neck pain, the staff remained uncooperative and dismissive, showing no willingness/hospitality to help.
They even looked so annoyed.
What concerned me the most was that I noticed signs that my personal bag had been touched and opened during my stay. I told them about this but they didn’t seem to take it seriously. They just said “We will let the cleaners know.”
This raised serious concerns about the security and trustworthiness of the hotel.
In addition, the shower area had visible mold, and there was a hole in the ceiling filled with plastic bags&stones, there were ants on the counters, which made the overall condition of the room feel neglected and unhygienic.
They only give you one room key which you use for all the electricity in your room. Once you leave your room with a room key, a fridge also turns off.
It should at least keep supplying power for a fridge….
I would not recommend this hotel to others. There are basic standards of cleanliness, security, and hospitality that every guest deserves — unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet them.
Outstanding sea view from the rooftop combines with stunning swimming pool and BBQ party, will all make you feel relaxed.
Appealing rooms with modern decorations and lots of green bring relievable feeling.
Wonderful service! The staffs are greatly supportive and hospitable. The room is spacious and always clean. The foods are more than delicious, taste really good and also lots of choices.
Too cheap for the quality of service and room.
This impressive hotel is possibly the best option you can find when comparing to other hotels in the same price.
Room and bathroom are clean.
But for the price you can find much better.
I choose the hotel because I had a big discount otherwise I will prefer to stay in place like Nam hotel.
Too expensive for the services and quality.
Swimming pool looks more like an aquarium, small and just in the entrance of the hotel.
The area is quiet during the day but not during the evening.
It's deserve 4 stars but because of the price I chose 3.
