Look to be in the middle of a renovation but our room was very nice. Beds were comfortable which is sometimes a challenge. Close to the pub street and many restaurants.

This place is NOT recommended:
Room is small, dirty and smell horrible.
AC doesn’t work.
Staffs aren’t very helpful, but it isn’t their fault, they just happened to work at a crappy “in what they call a hotel.”
Yes the price cheap and yes you get what you paid for. But still DO NOT waste your money here.

Very central, lot of restaurants around for all kind of tastes, clean room, comfortable bed... But best of all is the very friendly staff, so helpful and friendly. I feel familiar with them since the first day. They will plan all your tours and help you with the local sightseeing . We had a nice stay here. We can never forget the warm greetings from the staff anytime we entered the hotel. Made us feel at home

A perfect hotel for couples! It may be small, but it's very comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the location couldn't be better. Just a 5-minute walk to the old town, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It's also close to the city center and train station, with full security—great for families and couples. The hotel has modern facilities, and the room is bright with plenty of natural light.

My partner and I had the most romantic proposal at this hotel. Before booking, I checked many reviews online, and they were all quite positive. The room here was not only spacious but also had a very elegant, modern, and cozy style—perfect for creating a romantic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with everything from room setup to decorating with fresh flowers, candles, and a sweet cake. What impressed me the most was that they even suggested a few creative ideas for the decor and prepared everything exactly as I had requested, right on time. The hotel is centrally located but still peaceful, and the romantic setting made the proposal even more perfect. From our room’s balcony, we had an unforgettable view of misty pine hills. My partner was truly surprised by the proposal. Everything was flawless, thanks to the hotel's support. We're really grateful!

Right from the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the warm welcome from the staff. They were always smiling and very helpful with check-in and providing all the necessary information. They even recommended beautiful photo spots and places with delicious food. What impressed me the most was the hotel's attention to detail, from neatly folded towels to having tea, coffee, and bottled water ready in the room. I will definitely come back in the future and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

This hotel is very new one in the center. They have a parking for car and motorbike in front of hotel. Very good service and friendly staff. I'll advise this hotel to my fam and friend, Room is good for a 3-star property. Nice and cosy interior deco. Location is perfect. Central yet off the noisy touristy walking street 👍👍👍

Honestly can't recommend this place. The saving grace was the location. The place looks nice in pictures, but up close, it was just vinyl stuck on the walls etc., which is fine until there are holes and bubbling in the vinyl. We did not feel like it was clean or comfortable.
1. We were on the 6th floor and there was no elevator to the 6th. Only the 5th and we had a 1 floor walkup. Not good for elderly (I was traveling with 2!) Also, when we came back at night, all the lights on the 5th and 6th floor was turned off. The wall switches didn't work. They did turn it on after we asked.
2. Bathroom: There was a gaping hole in the bathroom to the outside. There was no shower curtain so everything gets wet. There were only bath towels (old), and no face towel or hand towels, or bath mats on the ground. They give you one small roll of toilet paper and will give another when asked, but you have to ask for it. They did not refill facial tissue or take out the trash unless asked too.
3. Wifi was terrible. I could not do a zoom meeting and have my video on. This is a no-go in 2024. Also, we were on the 6th floor so we did not have wifi when we were in the lobby, which was not convenient.
4. Some of the folks at reception were friendly. Many did not speak English and we had to use a translator app to communicate.

Fantastic new hotel. Beautifully appointed rooms and facilities. My room had been upgraded prior to my arrival by the hotel, it was amazing. The staff were welcoming, professional and easy to communicate with. Every- thing within the hotel was immaculate. Will most definitely return and cannot recommend more highly
