This is the worst hotel I have ever been in in Da Nang city. The room is very dirty, with a mouldy smell, and cockroaches and insects were found inside.
Before check-out time 30 mins, the staff came to the room and knocked on the door, asking the guests to leave. So impolite!
Stay away from this hotel. I will never stay here again.

Very disappointing stay. The room smelled strongly of mold and felt damp and unhealthy. Everything looked poorly cleaned and the whole place felt dirty and neglected. I would strongly advise people not to book this hotel.

Black mould everywhere, not just my room, but the whole hotel. Every room is the same. You can smell the damp as soon as you walk in. This isn’t cosmetic, it’s a serious health hazard. Honestly felt unsafe staying there. Whatever you do, don’t book.

Excellent hotel located near the beach. Hotel is very new. Breakfast is sumptuous. Room is clean and spacious. Reception is friendly and helpful. Fast check in.

Not bad, not great

Decent rooms for the price, beds are comfy and soft, shower has allot of pressure and lots of hot water, perfect place to just sleep and wash. Dobt go looking under the beds and behind the curtains, you won't like what you find :P

Not that bad for me. I just want to mention only good sides. Fair prices, quiet place and not too far from the sea. The room is a little bit dirty and moldy but it’s better than never in that pricing. I don’t want to complain. Overall it’s a good experience. Thank you for the place.

Very functional and good for a night before flying - airport only 10-15 mins away. Excellent value for money.

The hotel location is quite near to the beach but you still need to take taxi if you want to go there. Taxi are terrible there as the charges is crazy. Grab is good. Night time around 3:00am is noisy and you can hear from the hotel as the restaurant beside close in the wee hours.

That is once of the reason I check out early 2 days but the hotel is not willing to refund me. I have check out early in Japan and China hotel before and they refund to me without any problem.

Not a good place to visit as the food and tour trip are quite expensive. I’d go in a group tour should be ok.

Overall, pretty good. It's just a little bit far from the beach. The service was excellent, and the Vietnamese lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming!
