Nothing can prepare you for the absolute wreckage you walk into.
The photos made it seem habitable maybe even beautiful however upon arrival you are swiftly thrown into what can only be described as a derelict or even post apocalyptic?
You could film a zombie film in this location due to how run down and beat the rooms are.
We arrived in the lobby and waited by the desk for someone to turn up however the front of house was asleep behind the desk so we couldn’t see her.
She gave us a key and told us to check out our room before booking in ? Strange but okay…. Thankfully we did that and went up through a cockroach infested tight little set of corridors stinking of smoke and rubbish everywhere… not a good sign at all.
We got into the room only to find out the beautiful pictures are clearly from a better time before the hotel fell into disrepair !
Draws, cupboards and sides all hanging off the wall, windows wide open to the 40 degree city heat because the air con had given up long ago, and the neatly folded bed hard as rock hiding a multitude of different bug life.
Sides dirty and ridden with critters, show dirty and crusted over, I managed to get a few pictures but the lady turned up swiftly and we had to tell her we wouldn’t be able to stay here !
She apologised and said she knew it was bad and just kept saying sorry.

AVOID ! This place will not refund or clean a room !
Scam artists & health and safety concern !

Don’t be misled by the photos on Google or other hotel booking platforms—they’re completely deceptive. The property is worn-out and unkempt. Both the lobby and the rooms are of a quality no better than a budget motel!

This "WAS" my hidden gem.
Now it's gone horribly wrong.
The excellent classy two front desk ladies no longer work there + the amazing cleaning lady (she left at Lunar New years)

Smoking + smoking drugs in this building... I found ashes on toilet paper in my washroom. Could have made a fire.
The smoke travels into my room. Had to put tape and towels to stop it. =
So now my windows are open. = mosquitoes = drunk kids yelling all night till 6am. Now, the new pickleball court opened up. So yelling starts at 5:45am.
Luckily, if I sleep by 7am.
New cleaners are not trained; they are easily distracted. I understand that's a lack of confidence but poor management. Cleaning staff are not friendly to my mom & didn't come for 4 days (water toilet paper towels)
I received wet towels and used pillow and bed sheets multiple times in the past two weeks.
I was about to use a towel just brought up. It's covered in orange, blue, green, and black mold. (Is it so hard to invest in a dryer and dry any wet towels?)
I am Very disappointed. This hotel is falling into the rest of da nang with low maintenance and no care for the hospitality profession.
The only one who is doing his job is the security guard. He's the only one left from the old staff.
I could go on, but that's it.
Try your luck if you want to stay. The prices are decent but because of the lack of care. Next time, I think apartments might be a better choice in danang.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alyssa in Da Nang! The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The location was perfect—close to the beach and major attractions. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Absolute disgrace, arrived at 1pm to check in for 2 . Told to wait around leave bags there etc. went out for few hours . Came back 6pm no room available even though I booked 4 days in advance . "Renovations" apparently. So why sell room if being "renovated". Staff also unhelpful and didn't care. Just needed a cheap night before a sleeper train. No staff also ever on reception. No professionalism at all. Avoid at all cost. And trying to charge me for the night . Had to leave in a taxi in a rage very tired. If ye charge me the smelly 9euro I'll be over to collect it within 48hrs. Useless staff who just don't care .

It's the best hotel where I was in Vietnam yet! It's not that luxurious, the room was rather small, but it was very clean, nicely made to the detail and the service was outstanding! Everyone was so nice, could speak English and they helped us where they could, never had such an amazing service, would definately stay here more times. It was also quite cheap and I gotta tell for the price that you pay, you get a lot! You walk around 5-10 minutes to the beach and on the way there, there are a lot of restaurants and supermarket. It was just perfect.

The team are so sweet and helpful, anything you need they will solve for you, the rooms are clean and have a comfy layout perfect for a couple or solo travellers. I had split the time between two hotels and now I wish I had never left M92.

After we quickly left our first hotel due to state of the place, we set about finding a new hotel. A quick search brought up M92. Off we trotted to look around before booking so we were not caught out again. The staff were really helpful and showed us around a few rooms and the wider hotel. It was clean, tidy and generally really nice. We quickly booked a family room and were not disappointed. Due to our length of staff we were moved to a different room but upgraded to a suite. Location was great, close to the beach and had shops and other facilities within the surrounding streets. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful both with local suggestions and ideas for things to do and see.

There are many hotels, both big and small, in Da Nang. I spent quite some time on Google Maps, zooming in street by street, to find a suitable hotel for the first Vietnam trip for my family and two other families. And finally I chose this hotel because I love the design and reasonable room rate.

Everything went smoothly from the first time I dropped an inquiry on Messenger to the day we checked out. The staff were always happy to answer questions, suggest where to eat, and even helped me find and book a massage late at night.

The beautiful room design was the main reason I chose this hotel. Because the kids wanted a bathtub, we booked the Executive Suites and the King Room. The rooms were exactly as advertised: spacious, bright, and clean. The King Room has a good city view.

The hallway makes use of the natural light from the ceiling to the ground floor, which I really liked.

The rooftop pool is small, but it has a great panoramic view.

Lastly, the staff were very nice and helpful, gave me all the travel tips I needed, and even suggested places that we can visit on our next trip.

Thank you to Sam, Demi, and David for their friendly service. We all had a great stay at M92 Boutique Hotel.

If you’re looking for a private place that’s not in a crowded area then this hotel is a good option. It’s on a small street that’s away from the beach area and noise. Just a block down is a big walking street with many restaurants. This hotel also has a restaurant downstairs with delicious coffee, tea, dimsum etc. The rooms are clean and modern with big smart tv’s, good adjustable lights for different ways to light the room, comfortable bed and pillows, separate shower from bathroom, and very clean. They are a bit small and natural light is a little dark but a really good value which is fine for a couple of nights.
Also, the staff are very sweet and helpful. They held my luggage after checkout, offered to get me a drink when I came back and carried my huge backpack out for me when my grab arrived. I truly appreciate the hospitality.
