You get what you pay for. Its a cheap hotel to stay at, but if you have a good budget, stay somewhere else.

- The AC in our room was ice cold and could not be regulated.
- The fridge was broken, so no cold drinks.
- The bed is maybe 140cm wide, so a bit too small for two people.
- The sound isolation is really bad, so its like sleeping directly on the street with so much noise.

Only good things with this hotel was the bathroom and location.

For the money, a great place to stay in Da Nang. Our room was very small for two people so a bit cramped. If you drive, parking is a problem here as they only have one parking spot and it's used by the owners. Parking on the street is a pain in the butt as, for some stupid reason, you can only park on one side of the street or the other depending on odd or even days. Not the hotel's fault but be aware if you drive a car there as you have to move it every morning and try and find another parking spot. Room was clean enough, staff friendly and helpful, had hot water, good AC and a small refrigerator in the room. The location is great.

A good hotel for the money, located close to shops and the beach - convenient for tourists. There is no mold smell in the rooms - a big plus. Relatively quiet place, no karaoke nearby. The rooms are clean, the air conditioner cools, there are no complaints.

Great value so don’t expect anything super fancy. Room is small but feasible for one person, even two is fine.

Highlights:

✅Tons of food within walking distance.
✅Close to the beach.

Overall, would definitely stay here again next trip.

Room was noisy and the walls seemed paper-thin, sheets were oily and filthy, and the shower water would barely work and it was hard to get hot water. Would not recommend as the room was not clean. Also the walls are moldy. There was no breakfast in bed like the other reviews said.

But, they offer a nice bag service. It doesn't seem very secure, but it's definitely one sign that they are trying.

The second time we were here (we booked in advance two stays), we had a clean room with easy to use hot water and cleaner sheets. Our second stay was good.

Hotel is old. There was no issue while check in. The room is okay. The towel has yellow stain.

The breakfast is really basic with cold sausage and soggy bread.

Location is really good, near the beach and the restaurant. The location is maybe in the korean town of danang.

There ks elevator. 1 floor has 3 rooms.

The hotel is rather nice for it's price, and it is located very close to sea. But breakfast was the same, and not very good until we complained. But after this they changed it for better one. For budget variant it is very good, but remember that it's vietnamese, so don't expect too much.

Great location! Excellent staff. Delicious (free) breakfast in the morning. The even delivered it on trays to our room so we could have breakfast in bed! Cheap prices. (They'll go down to 400k cash rate for a double if you flash an online booking price) We spent our honeymoon here. Slam dunk! Beware of the massive amount of construction nearby. Not the hotel's fault but jackhammers may be a factor as of this writing.
