Overall, the value for money is excellent, and you get more service than you pay for! The HA (hotel assistant/staff member) was very flexible and accommodating. I would definitely like to stay here again!

I arrived yesterday and spent one night here. It was very comfortable and the staff were friendly. The front desk staff, especially Thuy Minh, was particularly helpful and provided a lot of detailed information, which made my first day in Da Nang great. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back to Da Nang.

Service is really good. The receptionist tells me how to use coupon for grabs. Bellboy brings our luggages to room. They give us bigger room with bigger beds. The breakfast is tasty too. Only the toilet and bathroom are together. quite slippery. Must be careful.

The seafood restaurant just opposite of the hotel and plenty local foods n supermarket beside the hotel. Good rest for family.

The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. I booked it specifically for the small corner balcony. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted decent. There's a small pool on the upper floor where you can swim and watch the sunset, plus a small gym with about 3-4 types of equipment, so not a huge selection.
The location is a bit far from My Khe Beach. There are many shops downstairs, which makes it very noisy at night; music and singing often go on past midnight. The downsides were that there was only one trash can in the room, I found some small black specks when I pulled back the duvet, and the shower head was loose. I was also a bit concerned about a strange odor, possibly from the drain or elsewhere, and I hope it's not what I'm imagining...

Excellent location and fantastic breakfast!
We stayed at the San Mario Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent—it is right on the main road and perfectly situated between the Dragon Bridge and My Khe Beach, making it very easy to get around.
Another major highlight was the breakfast. It was very good with many varieties to choose from each morning. Highly recommended for anyone visiting.

The hotel gives the option to have your room cleaned or not based on your preference. The view of my room was pretty good especially during the early morning when you can see the horizon. Aside from that, the breakfast buffet was also good. I especially like the bread selection every morning. The staff were very hospitable and accommodating when it comes to requests or questions. The overall stay was quite good and the environment was nice
However, the hotel is very close to the main road, so there was quite a lot of motorbike noise at night, even after midnight. Before 12am, the noise from across the street could also be quite loud.
In addition, the bathtub had quite noticeable stains, so we did not feel comfortable using it. Other than that, the overall experience was still pretty good.
