The hotel itself is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes from the local market, where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish, and other tasty treats.
There are small streets near the hotel, one of which offers massages and body treatments, while the other has small cafes and restaurants.
The staff is very responsive, quickly resolves any questions, and is always ready to help.
Breakfasts are a la carte and delicious. If you don't overindulge, you can easily have a varied breakfast every day. There are European and Vietnamese dishes.

The rooms are cozy, standard hotel rooms, with a large and comfortable bed. The bed linens and towels are clean and changed regularly; while we were eating breakfast, they managed to clean up.
Toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, soap, and a large tube of toothpaste are provided. The hotel is billed as eco-friendly, so all consumables are standard. There are slippers (flip-flops) for the room, or for walking to the pool for breakfast if you didn't bring your own. The room has air conditioning, which works well and is controlled by a remote control. There's also a ceiling fan. The TV is powered by a set-top box, and there's Wi-Fi in the room.
There's a safe in the room; we had an issue with it, but it was quickly resolved.
Something to consider: there's nowhere to dry clothes. There's a balcony, but there's nowhere to hang them, so bring a clothesline.
I recommend the hotel provide a small folding drying rack.
There were construction sites nearby, but they didn't bother us, and the windows kept the noise down well.
Everything is within walking distance: a laundress works around the corner, a nice girl 600 meters away will sell you a local SIM card, a Russian-speaking owner of motorbikes and scooters across the street, and a ton of restaurants and cafes.
Across the street is an excellent pasta and pizza restaurant.

The hotel is just a two-minute walk from the beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious, and the most commendable thing is the breakfast, which is especially delicious with a wide variety of options and unlimited servings!

Good afternoon. This is a wonderful hotel; I don't regret choosing it. Everything is within walking distance. The sea is 5-10 minutes away. The staff is very attentive and polite. The room is spacious, and the view from the balcony is excellent. I recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. All our expectations were met. It's a good hotel. The beach and sea are nearby. Cafes, shops, massage parlors, bars, and so on are all within walking distance. Excellent breakfasts from the menu, and high-quality daily cleaning. The staff is friendly. There's a nice indoor pool on the top floor. The advantages of an indoor pool are obvious – heat or rain are no obstacle to visiting.

There are, of course, some downsides: the soundproofing leaves much to be desired (though this is the bane of most hotels). Construction work begins around 6 a.m., and until 2 a.m., the sweary mopeds endlessly chant "Banh Bao!" And the half-liter of water per room per day for two people is somehow inexplicable. If you're saving so much, then don't give water at all – you'll have to buy it anyway. Smaller containers do exist; you could use a 150-gram plastic cup. But overall, I recommend the hotel for both long-term and short-term stays.

There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and were very accommodating to our irregular requests.

Breakfast is not buffet-style, with a limited selection, but you can enjoy freshly cooked food.
