Beautiful hotel, friendly staff BUT hot water only lasts for 2 minutes then becomes lukewarm.

Nice bath tub but not enough hot water to even fill the bottom 🥲 sometimes odd pipe smell from bathroom.

Other than that really enjoyed my stay :-)

Deceptive marketing tactics.
The pictures are Nothing like the hotel. Its dirty, damaged, scratches marks everywhere. Walking in the front glass door which has never been cleaned will gove you a warning of the condition
The pool is missing tiles and the deck is lifting on places. Towels grey, under the bed never cleaned, all the edges are thick with dust. This is for international travellers. The staff are nice, but when I informed management that I had to leave 2 weeks into a 5 week booking and asked can I have a refund as they will resell my room, they said no. Then completely ignored me, not even responding to a request for an invoice. Never in all booking.com years has any hotel treated me like this.

No wow factor here!
The hotel was in a good location, a 10 minute walk to the busy centre.
The room was big with a kitchenette and a decent bathroom.
However the room wasn’t very clean, the shower was overflowing due to the drain being blocked. The tap was broken on the sink.
We highlighted these to the staff but nothing was done.
The kitchen area was pretty dirty too, it seemed like a quick wipe was sufficient cleaning team.
On the plus side the bed was comfy and we were supplied with fresh towels daily.
The hotel could be beautiful if it had some upgrading and a really good deep clean.
The hotel was noisy, we were woken at 4:00am and the staff seemed to have no volume control whatsoever when in the corridor outside our room.

I stayed here for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center and only 3 minutes on foot to delicious local spots serving banh cuon and mi quang. While many hotels in the city center can feel a bit boring, this one greets you with vibrant tropical flowers and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The reception staff were all incredibly kind and made me feel truly cared for. The room had a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the bed was spacious. The cleaning staff also did a great job, and their effort was evident every day.

What surprised me most was the value for money. Given the size of the room, the convenient location, the lovely ambiance, and the attentive service, the price is almost too good to be true.

The only downside I experienced was that I got bitten by insects a few times while sleeping. The sheets were changed regularly and the room felt clean, so I didn’t get the impression that anything was unclean. After a few full linen changes, the issue seemed to improve. It might just be my own sensitivity, as I haven’t seen others mention it in their reviews, but I do think some additional sanitizing of the bed area (especially the parts you don’t see) would give even more peace of mind.

Nice hotel, in a good location. Towels are changed, cleaning is done every day. Friendly receptionists. Nice recreation area with a pool on the roof

It was about 6,800 yen per night if you book early. You can walk to Han Market. The room is not new, but it is spacious and there was room even if you open two suitcases. The air conditioning is not very good due to lack of dehumidification, but it was acceptable. It took 3-5 minutes for hot water to come out of the shower, and the temperature was not stable. There was a cheerful staff who could speak Japanese. Don't expect too much afternoon tea. I also used the gym. I enjoyed running on the treadmill overlooking the city.

2. The hotel is rly great and out of my expectations. On top of that, it’s quite nearby a coffee shop so u can have a breakfast there. Overall, it’s rly nice and I highly recommend it.

Continuing from the previous review, I cannot leave out the geographical advantages of Now Hotel. The D. Do Ba street behind the hotel is huge. There are a variety of restaurants. There are many good shops in every alley within the square with Le Quang Dao.
Torino Bakery is good, and there is also a pudding, ice cream, sugar cane... goat restaurant. I chose the roast duck, and it was good for the price and taste with the sauce and sticky rice. Even the simplicity of recommending a single serving for 70,000 dong... it's truly the taste of Da Nang.
I want to come again.
