I stayed at the hotel for two nights. The environment was clean, the location was nice, though not the perfect spot. during the first night, I foudn out the there was no hot water, I called for room service, they mistaken me to ask for water. When the room service arrived, he gave me two bottles of water. I then explained to him the issue was about the hot water. He said the technician is off work, so no one could fix the hot water for me. They did not offer any alternatives for me, such as switching room. It was until the next morning at 9 that i could take a hot shower. However, the included breakfast was decent tho, I liked the pho made instantly in front of me.

The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The staff are incredibly attentive. There are many breakfast options, not just limited to local cuisine. Aside from the bar being closed and no dinner service at the restaurant, there are absolutely no issues. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a scam. The information provided in the system is incorrect. This is a very old hotel that used to go by a different name. For this price, I certainly didn't expect much more, but this is a 1-star hotel, no more. We booked two rooms, and both were awful.

I had a very pleasant experience with Stay Hotel. the staff was very helpful and made the guest feel comfortable. I especially commend the service of Hoang Tri, reception staff. The room is clean and spacious. The towels, bed and linens are spotless. It is value for money considering the facilities and the amenities the hotel offered. The breakfast food could be better though, more choices, like more fruits and bread. There were many staff attending at the dining area and quick to respond.
My overall experience is very good. I intend to recommend this to my friends. I will definitely come back.

Really good quiet luxury hotel. I changed 3 places in Vietnam cos everywhere was so noisy and so glad that found this hotel.
It’s located in quite area near river and main bridge. No karaoke and no renovations around. 10-15 mins on bike from beach line
Good big rooms, nice interior, beautiful view on city and river, comfortable bed and warm bed sheets
Staff is very friendly, polite and ready to help. They re always on reception
Breakfast wasn’t included but they gave me free voucher for breakfasts for all time I stayed here
Love this place and if I ever come to Danang again I will stay here for sure
