Le House Boutique Hotel in Da Nang

My husband and I wish we had read the Google reviews more thoroughly before booking this hotel. We ended up leaving because both of us became severely sick due to mold in the room. The first night we checked in, there was long black hair on the bed, but we were so jet-lagged we didn’t have the energy to fight with the staff.

The room and bathroom were filthy from the start — the garbage bin still had trash in it, and there were stains on the bed board and the sofa. The next day, housekeeping showed up and literally did nothing. They didn’t change the sheets, didn’t clean the room, and my husband actually had to hand them the garbage himself.

My husband isn’t even as germ-phobic as I am, but even he was completely grossed out. The whole place felt neglected and unhygienic. I honestly felt like I was staying at a rundown hostel, not a hotel we paid good money for. Absolutely awful experience and I would never return or recommend it.

This place is HORRIBLE. Nothing like the pictures - make sure you don’t book! The room I stayed in was dirty and absolutely disgusting. Black mould in the bathroom, dirty linen, black hairs like the other reviews said. Receptionist was very unpleasant. Look it was cheap but there’s a reason! A hostel would have been better. The only “good” thing was the location and that’s it.
Claim 8.2 on booking.com but then don’t send you the option to review there for some reason… hmm I wonder why!!! honestly way better elsewhere. Thankful it was only 2 nights I would have bailed if longer.

Firstly, great view and desk staff.
Unfortunately the room was nothing like advertised. Funky smell emanating from dodgy piping in the bathroom and the AC which is long overdue a clean. I defrosted the fridge and semi cleaned the baked on dirt in the microwave before hygiene concerns made me give up. The place is pretty shabby and run down. For the price you cant expect much but omg clean the room! Thats not my hair btw
