The hotel service was excellent, and they offer a 24-hour shuttle service. The beautiful beach is just outside, perfect for enjoying the sun with a cold beer. For ultimate privacy, some rooms even feature private pools. The breakfast spread was fantastic!

Best thing was the location, and the villa was spacious. Large breakfast but very crowded so restaurant felt like a canteen. Our assistant Lisa was great and helped us recommend and book restaurants. Spa was awful, please avoid. Much better value and technique at the spas across the road. Overall it was a nice stay, quite pricey for what you get but understand it was peak season.

The hotel is best location in Da Nang city in other hand the service need to be improved. The furniture different between the Villa and need to renewed.

This is the best hotel in Da Nang. If you want to relax in a comfortable accommodation and see the amazing sea and beach, then this is definitely the right place!

Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a lovely location.They could improve making sure there are less bugs inside the villa, making sure the power sockets can keep a plug in, and heating the pool temperature (private and public) to not be ice-age levels of cold

The hotel is very nice. We enjoyed our holidays with great service from the resort.

Fantastic hotel, right on the beach, amazing views, restaurant on roof top was excellent, great service, staff went to great lengths to make stay more comfortable, will definitely return.

This hotel have a very great and nice service and also a beautiful views. The staffs and managers are helpful and help me a lot such as booking for other massage. I have a good experience in the hotel! Clear, friendly and helpful! Thanks for all and I suggest that you should book this hotel!

The views are stunning when the weather is clear, and the top-floor balcony room is very spacious. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The location is great, about a 20-minute taxi ride away, and the beach is right downstairs. Breakfast was a bit mediocre.

Staff are helpful and nice. The location is perfect and reach the beach in 5 mins walking distance.

The soundproofing in the sea-view room was very poor. Because it's by the sea, the sound of the waves was extremely loud, and the glass doors at Prince didn't block out the noise effectively. It was incredibly noisy in the middle of the night. Later, I switched to the Peninsula Hotel next door, and the soundproofing was much better. If you're sensitive to noise when sleeping, you should seriously reconsider...

My experience at the Prince Hotel this time was terrible. The hotel management team assigned very poor rooms to bookings made through Ctrip. I booked a high-floor sea-view room half a month in advance, but upon arrival, they put me on floors 5-7, despite the hotel having over 20 floors.
