Hotels in Hoi An

It is very difficult to communicate with staff, and I have experienced multiple issues, eg, bad smell in the room, the socket in the room doesn't work, forgot about the late check out request.. I have lost property , and the hotel receptionist tried to assist in filling in a police form. But in the end , the hotel representative refused to cooperate with police and I cannot get back my item.

The package included a free upgrade to Deluxe Seaview (subject to availability), unfortunately it wasn’t available anymore when i checked in at 10pm. So if you really want that please just check in earlier, this didn’t really bothered me at all :) The breakfast, pool, gym, free shuttle, room size are SO perfect as a new 5-star hotel. Honestly one of the best places I've stayed. The attentive, detailed service, everything has been considered and is provided. The accommodation, the facilities, the staff, the gardens, the food were outstanding. Additionally, the other guests were considerate and shared graciously. It was never loud, and it was easy to find your own space.

Rooms are 100% perfect had my wife and 2 kids and the room was more than enough, rooms get serviced twice a day. 4 jacuzzi with essential oils and temperature controlled and 4 pools to accommodate all ages. Location is perfect as its 20-25min to Danang City and 15min to Hoi an which is a must.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I visit Hoi An. The service is top-notch across the board, and its proximity to the Ancient Town is a huge plus. I'll certainly be choosing this hotel again for my next visit.

What a getaway experience! Beach bungalow was amazing. Located a little bit aside of crowded hotel communal facilities, with a straight entrance from a terrace to the beach, through the beautiful golf fairway quality lawn and open ocean view. The beach and grounds were great. However, the breakfasts were a bit repetitive if you were staying for an extended period.

Oh, wow! Swimming and playing was an absolute blast! After our swim, we had BBQ grilled oysters and chicken. The grilled chicken, in particular, had a fantastic smoky charcoal flavor.

This was an excellent choice. The hotel's overall ambiance, rooms, and location were all fantastic. My only minor disappointment was that breakfast was just okay, not quite as good as I'd expected. This is a four star hotel. It is not a five star hotel as clearly indicated on the front certificate. It is incorrectly represented by trip.com. As a four star it is a very good option. As a five star it is definitely far below average.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside Hoi An Ancient Town. You can walk along the streets or along the river and you’ll be by the market within 7 minutes. There’s a lot to eat and see in the area and the rooms are nicely sized.

It is very convenient to stay at Anantara when visiting Hoi An Ancient Town. There are free bicycles to borrow. The hotel's architecture and landscape are very beautiful, and the service is very friendly. This old hotel still has quite a lot of heritage.

Absolutely loved staying here. I wanted somewhere over Christmas where I could both explore and relax. This hotel was great. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town, close to Cua Dai Beach. The service is quite standard. The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and there's a large, cool pool for a morning swim. I loved having a small balcony to dry clothes on or just relax with a cup of coffee. It was so comfortable. It's close to many attractions, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If you're visiting Hoi An, I highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially one man named MIGH, who was genuinely smiling. During a typhoon, he even suggested we leave for Danang in the afternoon to avoid the storm. The hotel is within half an hour of the Old Town, and there's a shuttle bus service. Call crab is also very affordable.

The outlets were 250V, so I needed a compatible transformer and couldn't charge my phone. Other than that, I was very satisfied and comfortable, so I recommend it.

I was worried about the small size of the European-style resort pool without an elevator, but thankfully, it was enjoyable. They had a buy-one-get-one-free happy hour, which made drinks affordable. It's a bit far from Hoi An's Old Town, so I recommend using the resort's shuttle or calling a taxi.

Stayed for 7 nights in September. Most days were mid 30's Celcius and the sun was out. The pool is the highlight here. It's huge and there was plenty of room for all the guests to spread out and enjoy it. It's a constant 1.4 mtrs deep from end to end. There is a toilet at each end and a pool bar on the south side.
