Stunning hotel on outskirts of Hoi A with excellent amenities, very helpful team of staff and great choice of restaurants.  Had I realised that it was so far away from all the activities in Da Nang and Hoi A that I wanted to experience though I might not have booked it.

This is a really nice resort with great amenities and restaurants, golf next door. Staff is very attentive and welcoming. So many different swimming pools to choose from, close to the beach which was totally absent of people. Highly recommend this resort

The Royal, Hoi An.. is a little gem, we were so lucky to have found this very special hotel.  The staff are incredible well trained and friendly, they always smile and go the extra mile .. no matter how inane are questions.  Thank you to each fabulous member of staff..unfortunately, there are too many names to remember.

Amazing breakfast. Loved the room and location. Didn’t get to try out the pool but it looked great.

The hotel rooms are beautifully designed, and the balcony rooms offer a lovely river view. It's super convenient with a coffee shop and spa right near the hotel. In the evenings, there are street food stalls along the river if you fancy a late-night snack. Plus, it's an easy walk from the hotel to Hoi An Ancient Town. Highly recommend!

The environment was great but the room was a bit noisy. Location was excellent!

The building and interior design were elegant, making for a luxurious stay. Although it was located by the river near the old town, noise wasn't much of an issue.

It was a wonderful stay at Shilla, very clean and organized with an amazing array at breakfast which we looked forward to every morning. The hotel spa Sulwahsoo was also such an amazing experience, highly recommended!

The hotel is located out from the town and next to the beach. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Service is good. The room is very spacious and the bed is comfy, all good for the room. Overall I’m satisfied with the hotel and will consider again for my next trip to Danang

Very good hotel in a nice location and great amenities. It’s a pity that spa did not have availability for us and this was not good since we had to find it outside. In addition, the breakfast has been very good but the dinner wasn’t the one we expected from this kind of hotel. Overall I would suggest this hotel if above things can be fixed.

Firstly, there are no sunbeds provided on the beach. More surprisingly, as a hotel guest, I was charged a fee to use a sunbed by the pool - I am shock… The room was average, and the carpets in the common areas had an unpleasant odor. While the breakfast was good and the guest demographic was primarily Korean.

We spontaneously booked this hotel as we decided to come to Hoi an early. There is literally nothing to complain about. We enjoyed every moment from the warm welcome until check out. What a getaway experience! Beach bungalow was amazing. Located a little bit aside of crowded hotel communal facilities, with a straight entrance from a terrace to the beach, through the beautiful golf fairway quality lawn and open ocean view. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely 5 star resort feeling from the first step out of a taxi.

The beach and grounds were great. However, the breakfasts were a bit repetitive if you were staying for an extended period.

There weren't many Koreans, mostly Westerners, and it was clean and nice. Breakfast was mainly bakery items, and the room had a balcony, so the facilities were great.

Had a good stay. Hotel 10 mins walk from Old Town, and away from flood zone. Room large size, clean and airy. Service was excellent, staff helpful and always smiling. Breakfast adequate. The rooms and facilities are fantastic. However, the toilets could be more user-friendly, especially if it is a toilet shared by a family where more toilet privacy is needed. Besides the pool being always crowded, it looks ideal for a nice dip with the poolside barbecue. Overall it was a wonderful stay at Almanity 👍

The resort isn't very large, but the greenery is beautiful and there are 4 swimming pools. However, with temperatures only around 20 degrees Celsius in February, it's not really warm enough to swim. The windows in this room type are quite small, so there's not much of a view. Breakfast was pretty good though!

I'm really glad I stayed at this hotel. It's a hotel I'd like to stay at again. Perhaps because it is a little far from the old town, time passes slowly. The staff greeted us with "Xin Chao" every time we passed each other, and we had a wonderful time.

The hotel environment is beautiful. Usually, complimentary drinks are provided upon check-in. The greenery is well-maintained, and the hotel's interior is also very nice. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. It's also very close to Hoi An, within walking distance.

I booked a Classic Wing Deluxe Room with a window, but it was on the second floor facing the pool and felt very humid. When I asked the hotel for a dehumidifier, they didn't have one but upgraded me to a junior suite instead. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious too.

This was my first trip abroad, and I went with my siblings based on recommendations from friends. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly. The pool was absolutely fantastic, and the breakfast was both plentiful and delicious. The room itself was exceptionally clean and spacious – perfect for three people, with no discomfort at all. I'm already planning to visit again soon!

The environment is great, located on an island in the middle of the water. The service was also very warm and attentive; when my child got sick and vomited, they immediately changed the bedding. Plus, free bicycles are available, which is super convenient for getting around Hoi An.

This hotel is incredibly thoughtful! Not only did they give us two apples, but also two straw hats. Plus, there are traditional Vietnamese outfits in the room that you can wear out for photos. The room itself is huge, each with a private little courtyard, and the infinity pool is stunning.

The rooms, landscape and ambiance are just great. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and many restaurants. On the downside, the breakfast choices are the same every day. We had a wonderful stay in a villa that offered a beautiful waterfront view. Having free bikes available was a bonus for exploring. I really can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive to moment left they made you feel like royalty. Travelled with an elderly family member and she felt safe and special each day. From the conceirge, guest services, front office to the GM I can't rate highly enough. The only choice if you ever visit Hoi An!!

We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. I loved having a small balcony to dry clothes on or just relax with a cup of coffee. It was so comfortable. It's close to many attractions, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Even though I was right next to the elevator, it wasn't noisy at all. It was so quiet that after staying one day, I extended my stay for another. Pools and Spas are great, I like like the village style of the resort, the A/C in our villa is strong enough, water pressure in the shower is great. The food at this Four Seasons is truly amazing! I stayed for three days and tried every single restaurant, and I was thoroughly impressed with all the meals. The attention to detail in the rooms is also excellent. They noticed we brought our own wine and proactively provided an ice bucket in our room every evening.
