This was my second stay here, and this time I opted for a villa, which was a great experience. The room was very spacious and clean, and the private pool in the villa was also spotless. The hotel even thoughtfully prepared a welcome-back gift. The staff were incredibly dedicated and responsible, assisting us with our entire itinerary and providing excellent service throughout. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to provide more drinking water, as I noticed each bottle was only around 300ml. Overall, I had a fantastic time and would definitely consider returning again.

When we arrived, staff were very welcoming. Got free amenities given to us, free drink on arrival. Buggy took us to room. Had room - double bed and single bed with own swimming pool. Kids loved it. First breakfast - kids wanted to eat by the beach, so much food but the same as buffet, buffet is much better. We didn’t try Japanese breakfast as son is a bit picky. Pools were great, had lots of fun. Would defo return, was a perfect trip! Thank you Grandvrio

The place was bit far from the city center, but they provided shuttle bus to travel around. Also the staff were so nice and kind and asked if the stay is good. I would really recommend if you want to relax and chill.

We absolutely loved our stay at Grandvrio. It was a most dreamy, perfect vacation for us and the resort had everything we hoped for. We stayed in the pool villa and enjoyed it very much.

All the staff were so polite and attentive, and the hospitality was impeccable. The facilities were great, meals were delicious and the rooms were neatly made. We particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant.

Though Grandvrio is around half an hour from Danang airport, the location proved to be perfect as its beach is more private, quieter and cleaner, with plenty of lounge chairs and parasols. In comparison the main beach at Danang was too touristy and crowded, so we were glad we stayed at Grandvrio. It also offers shuttle bus rides to Danang and Hoi An ancient town, with the resort being right in the middle making it perfect for visiting both area. The resort also offered free yoga classes.

A minor suggestion would be to place beach towels in the pool villas to make it more convenient for guests to separate them with the bath towels.

I went there from Japan with two friends. To start with the conclusion, this hotel was absolutely amazing. First of all, the manager is Japanese, so the service felt just like a hotel in Japan—or even better. The staff greeted us every time, which left a very positive impression. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and, of course, tasted excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

I can't say enough good things about this trip. We have not been to Vietnam before and we decided to do the one bedroom villa and include all meals. The breakfast buffet has lots of options (western food, korean food, vietnamese food, chinese food). Lunch and Dinner options were amazing in the Japanese restaurant as well as the main restaurant. It is too much food to eat in one day - but somehow we managed! The hotel is located halfway between DaNang and HoiAn and they have a shuttle bus schedule taking you to both places each day. So if you do want to try restaurants or shopping in town you can easily get there. Also, get the GRAB app - you can get a cheap car ride anywhere. The hotel facilities are amazing, the villa was incredible and the beach is beautiful. What else did we need? Alcohol? Yeah, it's not too expensive to just buy everything at the hotel. Vietnam is so cheap. We loved it - the staff is helpful, friendly, and well-informed. Anything you need, they get it for you. It really was incredible and we will go back!

number 1 hospitality in Danang or even in vietnam, one of those hotel that you dont need & dont want to go out, just wanted to stay inside. food was nice , people super friendly, free onsen, beachside, clean pools... what else to ask for
