Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai Beach in Hoi An

Hotel in a great location for the beach as its literally across the road, with good beach bars and even a good beach club with a  pool. Plenty of restaurants near by too although it’s abit quiet, much better in town and the hotel has a free shuttle bus to take you there and it’s just a grab back.
Staff very pleasant & rooms were cleaned daily.  Breakfast was very varied with lots of choice with perfect poached eggs.

Everything was great! Our stay at the hotel was super comfortable.

The hotel is more like a high-end three-star, not quite a four-star, and the price is moderate. The location is a bit out of the way but very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sand. There's a free shuttle bus to the old town, which saves on transportation costs. Cycling to the old town would probably take about half an hour.

The room was incredibly noisy, probably due to a karaoke bar on the street below that played music until around 11 PM every night. We were initially assigned a room on the third floor, but after some negotiation, we were moved to the sixth floor. I had booked a quad room, but they only gave me one key card. After further discussion, they eventually gave me another one. Each time I tried to resolve an issue, the initial response was always, 'We're fully booked, we can't help you.' It took a lengthy conversation to finally get things sorted. I even emailed the hotel, and they replied that during the New Year period, they were trying to provide better service, so they withheld worn-out key cards from me 😓. Alright, I guess. However, I still think staff training needs to improve, as their first reaction shouldn't be 'we're fully booked, I can't assist you.'

The service, price, and facilities all exceeded expectations for the value. The rooms are quite spacious, and there's a daily shuttle service to the Old Town (15 minutes away) and Ao Nang Beach. Plus, there's a decent beach just a five-minute walk across the road from the hotel. Booking for two days also included a complimentary airport pick-up, and the service was prompt and professional. Highly recommended!

Nice stay at this hotel.The staff made our stay, it was our anniversary and they decorated our room and welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake. They put us on a high floor per our request and it was delightful. Ordered room service and the meal was delicious. We were close to the beach and had a lovely time. Would stay again,

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, however there was a mixed up in our booking. But they sort it out in the end. Furthermore breakfast selection is okay.

Great hotel but unfortunately the room that I was in was opposite the main building construction site which from 4 am till 10 pm was without any stop noisy with large trucks. I think the best was that you should know before they provide you with keys another issue was the house keeping did not clean my room as required and left me with open water bottle half empty but again I stayed there only 2 nights

I had a really nice stay here. The staff were all extremely friendly especially Sue at the front desk, and Vy in the spa. The rooms were very good, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast also had a good selection - the pain au chocolat and croissant were excellent. There's a shuttle to the old town and the beach, but only three times a day. The beach near the hotel is a lot quieter and was actually my preference even if you have to pay for the beach chairs.
My only annoyance was that the pool area and restaurant outdoor seating was so limited and cramped, whilst the front of the hotel had loads of unused/unneeded wasted space - definitely very poor planning on behalf of the architects, but not the fault of the hotel.

The food was good. However, the hotel feels a bit old, and noise from the corridors, especially conversations in Russian, was quite noticeable.
