The owner and staff are friendly. The daily rate is 200,000 VND, which is reasonable and pleasant. However, travelers with a lot of luggage may find the lack of an elevator inconvenient. The rooms also have a strong odor, so I wouldn't recommend this to travelers who are sensitive to odors.

I would give 2 but the owner is kind of nice.
Pro
The location is ok, close to imperial city so you can walk around most attractions. The receptionist is nice, you can ask for all the tour information and let them book for you with the same price you could get from agency
Cons
the room is very tiny, smaller than what I used to get for the price. You can barely walk with 2 20" bag in there( not opened). Tv is like 20 years old. The remote control didn't work. I asked for replacement but they just ignore the request.
Stayed for 3 nights, they didn't clean the room the first two. Only clean on the last day, which is ... well, worse than others places.

Best place to stay for Backpackers. This place is located at center and the places we were suppose to visit were all located at walking distance from this place. The staffs were really great and helpful.

The room is dirty, the blankets are not changed, the blanket is itchy, the owner calls to change the gas, the owner asks for 50k of laundry (never seen a hotel like that). Generally there is no 2nd time
