Amazing hotel, I'll definitely be back! The location is great, nestled among rice paddies with a lovely, expansive property. Breakfast was incredibly delicious with a huge variety of dishes, and as a coffee lover, I was very pleased with the coffee station. The hotel is very cozy, and the staff are incredibly helpful and speak good English. The room is very spacious and clean, with everything you need, great water pressure, a smart toilet, and most importantly, a very powerful air conditioner. There were always plenty of sun loungers by the pool, and you could get towels for free. I truly felt like I was in an excellent 5-star hotel here.

Our experience at the hotel was more than we possibly could have expected before coming.
First of all, the territory surrounded by the beautiful rice paddies is something absolutely unique. Garden, pool, a small lake, an artificial waterfall, lots of colourful fishes - it’s was so enjoyable to take a rest closer to nature from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The other thing is the people: the hotel staff is simply excellent. Everyone we interacted with was willing to help and do their best to make us feel comfortable. It's difficult to single out anyone, as a great vacation is a team effort.

Great hotel, can be busy because of many families with children. Recommend to take a massage at the Onsen and for golfers, go for the golf simulator

A serene sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was on a high floor with an amazing view of the lake. It was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast is rich and includes options for every pallet. The highlight of the stay is of course the Onsen. You have to experience it to appreciate how amazing it is. Do not make the mistake and book this hotel without the Onsen access and if you can, avoid booking during weekends, as it can get a bit crowded.

My family booked a 3-bedroom villa (2 premium and 1 deluxe) for the March 8th holiday. Prices were fluctuating a lot, but Hang from reservations was incredibly helpful. The lady who assisted us with check-in/out was very informative, though I forgot her name. The resort's scent is absolutely captivating, and a staff member mentioned it's Melia's signature fragrance. The air is fresh and clean, but I honestly expected more from the design and structure, especially since the deluxe room looked quite ordinary. The massage was thankfully very relaxing and skillful. Anyway, I still recommend it as it's not too far from the city center if you're driving.

There was only a funny moment when we saw the welcome message on the TV. It showed the wrong mix of "Mr. & Ms." names of the 2 couples. FO might haven't checked hard. Luckily, we're best friends so there were no misunderstanding between us LOL.
In general, we loved the trip.

Kobi Onsen is absolutely perfect. The service is professional, the atmosphere is peaceful, and every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. I had an amazing experience and truly hope more customers discover this place, it deserves it.

This was my first time visiting Hue City, and it was a very relaxing trip. I enjoyed local food, coffee, and the cultural scenery. Of course, a comfortable and cozy hotel was also essential. It was my first time experiencing such a wonderful hotel in Hue. The four days and three nights made for an amazing trip.
