The hotel is in a quiet side street, close to the river and touristy area. The staff we’re very friendly, especially Sarah, David and Kelly went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and that we knew how to best navigate seeing all the sights during our 3-day stay. Breakfast was yum and had a great selection of foods.

I stayed at the Hue Serene Palace hotel in October 2025 during one of Hue’s worst floods in years and was provided exceptional service from staff and the amazing facilities. The staff were extremely welcoming and provided great hospitality during the floods and made my stay one I will remember fondly as it really went to show how friendly and hospitable Vietnamese people are. I am so glad I stayed at the Hue Serene Palace hotel during my stay in Hue and would definitely stay with them again if I ever visit again

An absolutely wonderful experience. The rooms are very clean, fully equipped, and located near the center. The staff are lovely, attentive, enthusiastic, and dedicated to supporting all issues. The accompanying services are also very good. Thank you Hue Serene Palace Hotel for giving me such a wonderful 100/10 vacation experience. I will definitely come back to this place next time I come to Hue ❤️🥰

I recently stayed at Hue Serene Palace, and unfortunately, it didn’t quite live up to my expectations. The hotel is older, and while it was relatively clean, it felt quite dated. The decor and facilities are clearly showing their age, and it’s not as modern or fresh as the photos online might suggest.

The rooms were tidy, but the overall atmosphere was not what I expected based on the pictures. If you're looking for something sleek and new, this might not be the place for you.

Another downside was the limited breakfast. The selection was quite basic and lacked variety, which was disappointing if you're hoping for a more substantial meal to start the day.

On the positive side, the location is convenient and the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist. However, the hotel could use a major refresh to match the online photos and provide a better experience for guests.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well!

It’s a cheap and good place to stay! I especially liked that the staff were very friendly :) As soon as I arrived, they asked me about my plans in Hue, took out a map pamphlet, recommended how to tour nearby tourist attractions, and gave me a variety of options so I could choose according to my taste.
