The staff are incredibly friendly, and the location is fantastic. The breakfast is simple but delicious. The rooms are also quite good. I highly recommend this hotel; overall, I'm very satisfied.

The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and resourceful! Ruby gave us great recommendations and organized our tour in Hue and our car ride to Hoi An. Our driver Huy took us to the main attractions in the morning and then drove us to Hoi An, always super polite, positive attitude, explaining every detail, giving us a lot of historical and cultural context in every location. I recommend staying in this hotel if you are looking for a small, local boutique hotel in Hue.

The hygiene was poor, and there was a moldy smell in the room. The dehumidifier was so loud when running that it disturbed sleep. As for the environment, it's located in a small alley. The service is a major reason for the low rating. They didn't provide any useful information, even failing to mention that there's a bus pick-up point just 10 meters left from the alley entrance. Instead, they constantly pushed their overpriced tour packages. A Hue day trip (including royal tombs and the imperial city) that didn't even cover entrance fees was quoted at $45! Eventually, I booked a half-day car rental with them, and they dropped me off at the North Gate of the Imperial City, which has no ticket booth. I had to take another taxi to the South Gate. This hotel is terrible; they only care about making money and have no service意识 at all. Regarding facilities, when I turned on the shower, both the rain shower and handheld showerhead leaked simultaneously. The sink's drain pipe ran through the shower area, and whenever I turned on the tap, the floor drain cover would 'dance' (haha). The bed was too soft, leaving me with a backache. In short, I strongly advise against staying here. The only positive point was that the breakfast was good.

My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately.

The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable.

What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable.

If you are looking for a hotel with excellent accommodation, outstanding service, and truly warm-hearted staff, I highly recommend Scarlett Boutique Hotel. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Hue.

Amazing hotel, all the staff are really friendly and helpful - they even learned our names. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good. I would also recommend booking tours and taxi through them as they offer good deals

🏨 Lovely stay at The Scarlett Boutique Hotel

I stayed for 3 nights and felt truly welcomed — especially by Thanh, Ruby, and Linda at the front desk. They were always warm and friendly, which made me feel at home as a solo traveler.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-decorated. Great location, close to the Imperial City and walking street.
Breakfast was nice, and yes — they have an elevator too!

Love the design of every corner of Scarlett. All the staffs are so friendly. They always make sure I have everything I need. Where to go? What to eat? The breakfast provides some of the local delicacies. Yum! Fresh fruit everyday in the room. The location is right in the heart of downtown, walking distance to the imperial city. Though it's rated 3 star hotel, but the service is 5 star. The most importantly, the staffs always checked if everything is ok in the hotel! Feel like they do care from the bottom of their heart! 💕
I'll definitely come back here again.
