2stars hotel but i think it is very clean and the room i stayed at was like 3stars quality, i used to stay here when i gone to Hue. Just fantastic;)

The room seemed large and nice at first look, with a view of the river. On second look, there was garbage from the previous guest - literally used tissues - all over the floor. Everything was moldy: the walls and ceiling, which had a big green slime, the bedding, the towels. The shower didn't drain. Beds were exceptionally hard even by Vietnamese standards, and everyone in my party was in pain. When we requested an extra blanket, we were told that we couldn't have one because in Vietnam one blanket is issued per person and that is enough... This was the only hotel we encountered in the country that had an issue with a blanket request. One of the nights were there, someone who I can only assume to have been hotel security saw fit to physically assault a lady selling lottery tickets in the street in front of the hotel.

This seemed to be one of the only hotels with vacancy at the time and I guess these are the reasons why.
