If you come to Hoi An you absolutely have to sleep in this Villa. Arriving early in the morning the lady welcomes us with coffee (always free and offered before you request it), and a smile. It puts you at ease and makes you relax. The villa is beautiful, as soon as you arrive you are immersed in greenery and it is something wonderful. The rooms are spacious, organized and clean. Great location, even if you are not fully in the center I recommend it. The historic center is nice but chaotic, the villa is located in a fair compromise (Grab and taxis cost poxo, so there are no problems to get around the city). Any advice? Let the lady organize all the activities, and she’s perfect to organize them all for you, I’ll also have the wedding organized ahahahha. A beautiful experience and I recommend everyone to come ❤️

The host peanuts is one of a kind.
Absolutely wonderful, kind, professional and somewhat hilarious. She is very welcoming and will make you laugh and feel home instantly.
A must. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful. The hotel is located in the middle of beautiful Rice Fields.

Came here with family of 7. Peanut the manager went over and above to make us feel welcome and accommodated our needs so flexibly. Very honest and helpful. Cannot recommend her highly enough! Prices for tuktuks from the hotel, and airport transfers were reasonably priced. She has happy to cancel a booking I made with her by mistake and refunded me the $$ without any issues. Would definitely return again! Thank you, Peanut!

Absolutely one of the bests stays I've ever been. The rooms, beds and linnen are comfortable and provide everything you need. The Wifi is very good and perfect for working remote!

The location is incredible. Quiet area in the rice fields to rest after a busy day. Only a 1 euro Grab ride away from the old centre.

Miss Peanut, her family and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. Miss Peanut gives suggestions of what you can do and arranges it within seconds. She is very kind and has a good sense of humour!

We loved it so much, we extended our stay 2 times and felt sad to leave this little piece of heaven. We definitely recommend and will come back here when we return to Hoi An!

great place to host!!
we are family with 4 children, the rooms were big enough and clean! big shower
with great view to the garden.
pinout, the lovely woman that host us, help us a lot! about everything! to get driver, to send laundry, give us tips about recommend attraction. there is free use bicycle and we use it a lot. the center is 10 minutes ride
and chabad place is about 20 minutes walk.
we defentlly come back 🤍

My husband and I stayed here for a few days. We loved the location by the rice fields. We borrowed a couple of bikes from them at no extra charge to explore the rice fields. The staff are absolutely wonderful and kind. We loved the personal experience that you don't get at larger hotels. It definitely feels like you are in the country but we were still able to walk to a lot of places such as Ancient Town. You can hear roosters early in the morning. The one down side is that we found the beds really hard. Overall though we enjoyed our experience. Thank you Chau and Luna for making our stay extra special. It was wonderful meeting you both.

This Eden Cafe & Restaurant has fantastic food and the most friendly english speaking personal. Vietnamese food but also Italian food. It is a light, clean, open establishment. If you want something different, they will do their ultimate best to make you happy. We went here multiple times and will highly recommend it to everyone who visits Hoi An
