Henry

They installed the bathroom's curtain outside the bathroom which is just crazy. Anybody especially kids can come and roll up the curtain while someone inside taking a shower or using the toilet. Also, not good for business travel. They do not have an iron in the room nor an iron available to borrow. Everything is just okay. Free breakfast was good. Wifi was good. We got the Family two beds room.

I original booked at this hotel but cancel due to a change in plan. Later try to book at another dates but the room I want was no longer available. However, I glad that I didn't stay at this hotel. On the day it was raining for a few hours in Hai Phong. My taxi was passing by the street of this hotel. The street was flooded. Some cars still try to go through, some turn around. The water is close to knee high so I told our drive to turn around. I definitely don't want to get stuck in the middle of flooded street. Had we stay at this hotel, we may have difficulty get back on that day.

Arnaud

Clean and simple hotel with helping staff. Appreciated to have an Aircon with heating mode while it was cold outside. Only issue was the Internet connection which was intermittent and with poor quality.

Elizabeth

Excellent hotel. Clean rooms , not noisy, great breakfast, kind stuff. We love to stay at the hotel. At the last floor they have a small gym and a ping pong table :)

arvid

May be high quality 20 years ago, but definitively outdated.

Hiep

Room quite old but clean and good location

Hoang

Small but good managed hotel

Gerard

Hotel and room not as good as pictured. Old hotel, not comfy as I anticipated, for the price I paid.

Nguyen

Good service

Ryan

Myself and 6 friends stayed here for two separate nights. Rooms were in great condition, very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was filling. Front desk also helped us with calling taxis and even let us keep bicycles stored at the hotel for multiple days.

Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
