The Opera Hotel in Haiphong

Good value hotel if you get the right room. Comfortable beds with good hot water pressure. Fridge and kettle included. Even has water dispenser in the hallway. Would happily stay again.

Upon arrival, I encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning in my room. However, the hotel staff promptly addressed the situation and resolved it efficiently, ensuring my comfort throughout my stay. Their attentiveness and swift response to the matter were commendable.
The room, though simple in decor, exuded a sense of cleanliness, warmth, and coziness. The minimalist design created an inviting space that allowed me to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Hai Phong. The comfortable ambiance of the room provided a pleasant retreat from the bustling city.
The Opera Hotel - Hai Phong is now my go-to accommodation whenever I visit Hai Phong. The convenience, coupled with the reasonable pricing, makes it an attractive choice for travelers. The furniture and eg is worn out, the cleanliness is also a big issue on the premise, but the room is ok. For 1-2 nights it’s a fine option, close to the centre, cafes, not that loud street.Staff English is poor

The hotel space is beautiful, clean and airy. Beautiful design, strangely luxurious but very cozy (quite chill to take some nice pictures). The hotel is near the center, so it is very close to places to eat and play in the city. Friendly staff, willing to advise customers. Especially the room price is very good and there is a love chair in the room

The room is beautiful and spacious, everything is clean, the night is very quiet, the air conditioner runs smoothly, not disturbing your rest. Enthusiastic and fast service. Friendly and attentive. This is the right place to stay , very convenient near the entertainment areas of hp city , I like this place very much . Hope to come here again next time!

The hotel is new so the interior is very new. The room is clean, the staff is very enthusiastic, right in the city center, very convenient to move to the entertainment area. Motorbike rental and breakfast are available. Room rates are very reasonable. In general, it is very good if everyone has a need to travel to Hai Phong, they should experience the service here.
