I have to say I love this hotel. The owner David is the most accommodating person in the entire Vietnam. He listens to your request and he gets it done. The hotel is located right in the Sapa town and it’s very convenient to everything. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Above all, the price is excellent for what you get. They offer free breakfast. They also cater to the group tours. If I ever come back to Vietnam or Sapa, I would stay here again and I would definitely contact David for any tour bookings.

The hotel is highly recommended, in a strategic location and easy to reach, the price is cheap, the bedroom and bathroom are very spacious, clean and cleaned by the staff every day.

Impressed! It was clean and close to the bus stop. It only took 5 minutes to get to Sun Plaza. The breakfast was delicious.

Location is pretty convenient and the family who run the hotel try their best to be good hosts.
This time I stayed in a room without windows. It was cheap however the trade off was that it had basically no ventilation and as a result smelled quite moldy. The bedroom was clean and there is plenty of hot water, however the bathroom could definitely use some bleach. If there are other rooms available, I suggest not booking this room type, unless you’re going to be out all day or happy to make use of the reception area.
Make sure you bring your ear plugs as the rooms are not soundproof. You can hear other guests and noise from neighboring properties.
Breakfast was served promptly by the lovely family and there is a good choice. The family also has a dog to keep you company in the restaurant ☺️.
Hotel is a worthy budget option and a safe choice for solo travelers.

For this price, the breakfast included was amazing! The breakfast options were varied and fun, and the amenities, even down to the chips, were excellent! My only minor complaint is that the showerhead didn't stay on the wall mount, but otherwise, I was very satisfied!

didn’t expect this hotel really this good, I think I get an upgrade, because my room was really big. toilet was clean, staff was good. for this price this is so great hotel. the location was also good, near sapa market, around 1km to sapa center and near sapa lake.

We liked everything except the noise outside (the windows overlooked the road and there was a noisy bar nearby).
Inside, the hotel is clean, the service is good, and we have no complaints about the staff.

It's a good location. Nearby the market and bus station. Tge price for two with breakfast.

The location was great, right in front of the sleeping bus.
The room seemed to have been upgraded.
While there was a window, it faced a ladder wall, which was a bit disappointing.
The room didn't have a refrigerator, and perhaps because of the humidity in Sapa, it felt a bit stuffy.
Aside from that, it was a great value for the price, including breakfast.

Internet led me here for a pizza. Cheez is lumpy and everything falls apart. Doesn't taste good nor look appealing. We should turned back when we saw the left over pizzas on other tables. Good for view but my experience was a disaster with bad service.

Amazing service and food here! We ordered the black chicken hot pot and it was very healthy and delicious. Great after a long cold day in the mountains. Service here is outstanding. We had only 45 mins to be in and out and they helped us with everything.
They also call a taxi for you if you need it location is also great. Highly recommend coming here if you are not familiar with Vietnamese food in sapa. They speak English!

We are a group of 15 having dinner at this restaurant. Staff are not well trained. Ordered a bottle of red wine and some tea...but tea was not served despite multiple reminders.
Red wine was also not served after we half way through the dinner. Finally we had to cancel it.
Ordered 2 grilled salmon but only one was served. Also had to cancel it as everyone has no mood to wait for the other order.
Asked them to clean the table before serving dessert but they didn't. Desserts were served in the mess of the table. Went to remind the person in charge and he was impatient and raised his voice.
Food wise also so so only - we ordered steak, soup, chicken chop, lasagna...all don't taste like authentic western food.
Desserts are also not up to the expectation.
Overall dining experience is below average.

I went in the morning for a coffee and it's the best espresso in Sapa, and the sandwich is spectacular. We decided to go for dinner and it was the best decision we made. Highly recommended. Thank you for the service and your lovely smiles.

Not sure about the rooms, but the food was delicious! We went with a big group and food was served when we arrived(our guide handled). We had some sort of banana salad, chicken, lamb, and egg rolls(amazing). The lemon water was also delicious!
