French colonial design hotel very beautiful done up. Easy to walk to Sun plaza
The rooms are beautiful and grand, and the heated pool is a big plus!
Hotel de la Coupole is the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I’ve been to 20 countries, some multiple times. It was absolutely stunning. The service was outstanding. I was able to travel to Fansipan Peak from the hotel building. Hotel de la Coupole is the only hotel I have ever relaxed in. Normally I go go go and the hotel is just a bed in a room. I relaxed in the lobby for four hours waiting...
A top-notch 5-star hotel in the city center with attentive service and spacious, comfortable rooms. The higher floors offer mountain views. The breakfast selection is incredibly diverse, and the pool is fantastic. A must-stay hotel when visiting Sapa.

Very artsy hotel with art deco(?) details and style. Surprisingly, this hotel was built not so long ago. The decor had me fooled. haha. Room was pretty small, my room type had inward facing balcony with glass sliding doors. Pretty annoying as guests walking the elevator corridor could see into your rooms. Welcome drink was a hot choco! Breakfast hall was huge and pretty, with varied options. Tasted...

We had a wonderful stay at Pao’s Sapa. The hotel has excellent facilities, and the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although our booking did not include free breakfast, we decided to purchase it separately, and it was definitely the best decision. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of choices.

Great premium hotel, friendly service. Big rooms and comfy bed
This hotel have the great view to Moana but another site is facing the cemetery. Swimming pool was horrible, due to the temperature the water was fall from the ceiling, really not comfortable. Overall is okay.
Not bad overall, but the pool water wasn't warm enough. It was a bit chilly swimming here in winter.
Amazing stay! Staff were very helpful, polite and nice! Although the valley view room is disturbed by some construction, but im fine with it. Will choose this place again for future visit!
When we arrived hotel around morning 8:30, there is no room for us to early check in. But there is a very nice and clear shower room located at the swimming pool. Hotel location not near to town side, but we love the hotel location. Room is big and the near to Moana attraction, Breakfast is nice as well.

I love this hotel so much! Very value for money and it is located perfectly 10 minutes walk away from the Central Areaso it’s quiet and it faces the summit so the views are super pretty too!
Hotel is a little older than what it looks like in photos. Location is still walkable to the busy areas. Fitness equipments are old.
Breakfast was superb!
Overall it was a good experience.
We recently had the pleasure of staying at KK Sapa Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at KK Sapa Hotel from February 22, 2026, to February 25, 2026. Our room was on a high floor and offered a beautiful view. Big and clean room. Very comfy bed and nice bathroom. They have very high frequency shuttle fetchingguests to the main town area. If you are travelling by train and arrive early, you can use their shower facilities at their pool bathroom for free! Some hotels charge you extra and I definitely would recommend anyone to opt for this hotel without hesitation.
If staying in Sa Pa, this hotel’s location is great. Very near to the bus station if you’re taking a coach in from Hanoi airport. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle to the town centre which is a plus point. Breakfast was great, and the staff were extremely helpful and helpful.

From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. Bamboo Sapa Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Sapa. The hotel offers stunning views of the mountains and valley, especially from the rooms and terrace. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that fits perfectly with Sapa’s cool weather.
Best stay we had in Vietnam so far. The staff was amazing and spoiled us. Everyone was so friendly. Housekeeping also did an amazing job, room was spotless.
Breakfast was a huge variety and an egg station which were delicious.
Gym was good and really nice they have a heated pool.
Overall an amazing stay!
The hotel is old but well maintained. The service is good and the breakfast buffet is nice. We booked the Mountain View room but can’t see any view due to foggy weather. There is a viewing platform outside of the breakfast dining hall, you can see the beautiful Mountain View if the weather is good.
It was a great stay in Sapa, Vietnam. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and polite. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was good with many choices.
We stayed 3 nights in the Grand Room with Mountain View during the winter season. The room was very spacious and comfortable. There is hot water available 24/7 to warm our souls in the cold weather. The huge bath tub was also a bonus. Toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush/paste and bedroom slippers are also provided.
The location of the hotel is superb. Sun Plaza is probably 7 to ...
Excellent stay! From the warm welcome at reception to the spotless, modern room, everything was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for work. Will definitely return!

Great and cozy hotel. Nice to stay. Great staff, service. Nice breakfast. Recommend to stay

I had an amazing experience at Sapa Jade Hill Resort & Spa, and what really stood out was their thoughtful service. My stay at Sapa Jade Hill Resort was unforgettable. The resort blends perfectly with nature, offering stunning views of the valleys and rice terraces. Good hotel to relax for family
If you like to immerse in nature, this is the resort you should booked! This resort is up in the mountains with fresh air. We stayed in a bungalow which has a nice balcony to chill. But weather was too cold to chill outside so is a pity. There’s warm blanket already lay on the bed so you won’t freeze to death during winter time😄. Breakfast was good too.

Good hotel with very spacious rooms. Their breakfast spread is handsomely chosen but the lunch and dinner we had at the restaurant can be skipped. One more issue we faced was, owing to the large size room the air conditioner was not able to cater to the big area and it was as though we stayed in non A/c room. That aside, the hotel is well maintained and the rooms were neat and clean as well.
Good services, spacious room with classic design which fit with ethnic minorities who lives there. However, if you wants to iron you have to wait until 12pm everday instead of getting it done instantly
Retaurant was really good. Room 408's washroom could use a bit of care however. Hotwater takes 15 minutes to get to the faucet and shower curtain bar wall mount is coming out of the wall.
