The location was great, short walk to the city centre. Even though it wasn't in the main part, there's still plenty of restaurants around. The views are amazing! When you're having breakfast, you can see the train go past. Rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Only negative comment is that they only serve breakfast.

Hotel is good and clean and has a nice view. Staff are great. Breakfast is nice. Location is easy access to Central within walking distance and many restaurants nearby. Will definitely come to stay again.

The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was awesome with plenty of options available. The central location is ideal for any group touring activities.

While looking for accommodations in Sapa, I came across a listing listing the establishment year as 2025, so I decided to stay there despite the lack of reviews. It was clean, but it didn't look like it was built this year.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the view from the accommodation was breathtaking.
It was a bit uphill, but there were plenty of good restaurants along the way.
The mattress was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The cheese, ham, and cheese were all delicious, and there was a wide selection. You can also add an omelet or pho. The staff asked, so I ordered pho and my husband ordered an omelet, and the pho was delicious. I was so full that I only grabbed a few pieces of fruit.
After checking out, I asked to store my luggage in the afternoon, and they agreed.
I was impressed by the kindness of the Vietnamese staff.
