Perfectly located in the center of Sapa, yet tucked away in a quaint, peaceful corner—this hotel truly offers the best of both worlds. Spacious, spotless, and super comfortable rooms paired with a lovely blend of modern amenities and Vietnamese charm make it a delight to stay here. But what really elevates the experience is the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Ms. Linh and Mr. Liem at reception for their incredibly warm hospitality. Linh went above and beyond to help me safely receive important documents from India—something I deeply appreciated. The heated indoor pool is a big plus after long walks, and the high-tech bathroom fittings (heated seat, wash, dry functions) add a fun, luxurious touch. Highly recommended and great value for money. One small suggestion: The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety, along with some chicken options for guests who don’t eat pork or beef—I really missed having a good chicken pho!

The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed in a classic style, and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and of good quality, which made our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was okay — it had everything you need, but nothing really special. The bread was already pre-sliced, which I personally don’t prefer, and there were no croissants. But to be fair, this is quite common in Vietnam, so it wasn’t really a big issue. Overall, a very good hotel with great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Delightful stay with a breathtaking misty mountain view! Cozy, clean beds and a Japanese self-cleaning toilet. Breakfast had good variety, and the location was perfect—close to all amenities. I'd definitely stay again.
