The staff is friendly and speak english very well.
Motorbikes are also available.
The bedrooms don't have blackout courtains so if you're sensitive to this don't forget the eyes mask (and the ear plugs).
Owner & other guests (I'm guessing) were drinking & watching soccer till late night. Of course the cheerings & shoutings went on till late night too. Hot water shower in my dorm is not enough to last 2 person bathing (it gets cold halfway).
Sent my dirtied clothings for laundry at 7pm and was told will be ready by next day late noon. When I checked out at 9.30am next day (bcos I prefer a quiet night), clothing was not sent out yet & lady owner told me to get them done at new hotel instead when I said I'll come back for them.
