Hai Long Vuong Hotel in Dalat

We loved our time at this hotel! The view from our balcony looking over Dalat was fantastic. The whole places feels very clean and homey. Also the folks behind the front desk are so bright and happy. The walk to town isn't too long but definitely isn't quick, however we found a really nice route down some side streets to get to the center of dalat. Would definitely recommend!!!

One of the BEST experiences I've had at a hotel. Tien (the owner and receptionist) speaks EXCELLENT English, and thoroughly enjoys listening to her guests - she is an absolute ray of sunshine; calm, patient and extremely helpful. Her husband, Viet, speaks equally excellent English and is the receptionist at night.

The hotel is situated centrally to a LOT of coffee shops and restaurants, and all other establishments are a nearby bike ride away. A bus stop is also a very short walk away from the hotel.

It has 4 storeys, the 4th being the rooftop that greets you with excellent views. One can opt for the stairs or use the elevator, which is found at the end of the passage.

The room, itself, was incredibly clean and spacious. One could double lock the door, as can be seen in one of the pictures. An iron and TV were also available. The only thing I would suggest, that might be a slight improvement, is having an extra refuse bin in the room. There is only one, in the bathroom. Additionally, the basin's tap only provides cold water but, thankfully, the main shower mechanism is LITERALLY right next to it and, provided you wait around 1 minute, you are met with blistering hot water.

Good afternoon. The hotel is located in a quiet area. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. The very helpful owner helped me buy a bus ticket, for which I am extremely grateful! The view from the window was beautiful. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

The room is super big, it's super comfortable for two people to stay in a four-person room, the location is very quiet, and it's very convenient to go out. The boss looks like director Ang Lee, very friendly, and speaks very good English. This 15-year-old store is great. The boss helped us book a taxi to the airport, and the price was much cheaper than taking a taxi or a pick-up.

The hotel is in a good location, close to various attractions. The room is fully equipped with digital TV, refrigerator and electric kettle. The bath water is hot, clean and sanitary. Someone cleans it every day.

I stayed at Hai Long Vuong Hotel for a few days, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to attractions, and the room had a nice view of the surroundings, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The staff deserves special mention for their kindness and support. I had an issue with my pre-booked **VIP Sleep Bus** transfer — the car didn’t arrive at the hotel as planned, which made me anxious about missing my bus. Thankfully, the hotel staff went above and beyond to help. They calmed me down, arranged alternative transportation, and ensured I reached the bus station on time. Their professionalism and care truly made a difference.

Despite the minor hiccup, I highly recommend this hotel for its cozy vibe, great service, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Thank you to the team for making my stay comfortable and stress-free!
