Thien Ly Hotel in Dalat

Horrible experience at this hotel with the worst service I have ever had. The receptionist is almost always not at the counter, we were actually locked out of the hotel one time because they decided to be away momentarily and only after we contacted the owner that we were told that we could just pry the glass door open.
The sound proofing is also non-existent, we could hear people partying all night long and no one made an effort to control their volume, we had to actually tell these unruly guests to be quiet by ourselves around 2AM. It’s not something that guests should be doing at all.
Lastly, the cleaning service for the rooms is very irregular, we thought that our rooms will be cleaned by the time we return from our daily activity but it was not the case, the reception had the audacity to tell us to return at a later time as they are still trying to clean our room which should have been done much earlier.
Please avoid this hotel at all cost, the location is convenient but there are many other options nearby.

The hallways are rooms are uncarpeted so the people down the hall that were partying kept us from sleeping.
There was no window and no AC so the room was humid and stuffy (the bed linens were damp when we checked in).
There were 2 drains in the bathroom at opposite ends so when you take a shower, the ENTIRE floor gets wet and stays et and slippery all night long.
It is conveniently located, close to the lake.
