The receptionist was very polite. The location of the hotel is very good but I can't say it is very good in terms of cleanliness.

Good services, the room is spacious, and there’s a lot of coffee shops around the hotel, but the breakfast is very limited..overall just nice😊

Hard bed, didn't sleep well. It was cool in January. The window overlooked the wall. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast selection was quite ok.

The location is good, opposite is a famous bakery, and the night market is not far from the hotel. The room facilities are relatively old, but it is fine for people with low requirements. I chose the price of 2 adults and 1 child on trip.com, and it was printed out that 3 people can stay in one room, but only 2 adults at most. But the hotel still charged me extra because I had a 10-year-old child. Be careful if you have children with you!!

Although the hotel is small, it is very clean and cozy. The room rates are reasonable, suitable for tourists who want to save money. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and attentive. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Da Lat city. From the hotel, it only takes about 500 meters to reach Da Lat market.

Spacious and well-designed hotel at convenient location in city. Only thing is noise from the traffic if the room is facing the road.

This is a basic one star property in a great location. There is no elevator. There is no air conditioning. But the room was relatively cool at least in January. Be aware that they close the security gate to the hotel entrance at 11.30 pm. No breakfast is offered but breakfast options are plentiful in the area around the hotel. But you can't beat the rate of $10 per night (as of Jan. 2019). Rooms are reasonably spacious. Beds are comfortable. Would consider staying here again.

Second time visit here after two years. Some minor changes but still, great service as always! Staff are helpful as well!

Not really good, facilities was old, bed sheet stain was found, reuse bed sheet.
