The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with complete in-room amenities that made our stay comfortable. The staff provided good service overall, and we were especially impressed by the bellboy, who was very attentive and proactive in assisting us.
The location is not right in the city center, but it’s very convenient to get around—calling a Grab is easy and only takes about 5 minutes.
We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the taste was average.
Overall, we had a great experience thanks to the clean rooms and excellent service. If we visit Da Lat again, we would definitely stay here again.

There's a flower wall nearby that's great for photos. Breakfast options are limited, but for the price, there's nothing to complain about.

I had a wonderful stay at New Century Dalat Hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect—close to the bus station, night market, and major attractions. Highly recommended for a great stay in Dalat!

It was so clean, and the facilities were good. Just the location and breakfast were lacking.

Hotel is relatively near the city centre but not too near so that you're sheltered from the noise, and you're able to get a good view of the city from there.
Room was generally spacious with sufficient walking space even with multiple suitcases opened, but very dusty. There is no air conditioning in the family rooms, and the only fan provided was dusty as well. Bedding had little stains on them too. The toilet does not have a separate shower stall so the whole toilet floor will get wet after a shower.
However, shout out to the excellent service staff who were patient and fast in handling our requests to change the bedding and fan and did their best to make our stay more comfortable 👍

Location is up a slope. Nothing much ard the area. It’s very close to the cable car station (just behind it) but too bad there is no road access and need to grab to the other side. It’s not very expensive but if only there is a short cut. The manager is very friendly and try to talk to the guests. Breakfast is very simple. Nothing much.

6 of us stayed there in family room and we didn't make prior appointment just walked in. The staff prepared the room so quick and everything was great. The room came with free breakfast which was okay and enough to fill our tummy. Worth for the price.
