Hotel is a but dated, some repairs / renovations should be done. Breakfast is set menu not buffet as described (which is fine when almost no guests) but when asking for a hot chocolate instead of a coffee and being charged if doing so is not ok. Hotel garden is beautiful and full of countless flowers. Rooms are large and have nice wallpapers.

The location is not bad because it is right in front of Kneiji House. The front desk is friendly and the room is cleaned every day. There are no bugs... The problem is that the soundproofing is the worst. The people in the room next door, whether Vietnamese or Chinese, are talking until dawn and the door noise is scary... People who sleep well won't mind, but people who are sensitive should take note

soundproof was so bad, it felt like guests who checked-in and out did it next to my bed, everything else was pretty good according to the hotel class

We loved everything, especially the view. The staff was also top-notch: the room was cleaned thoroughly, the breakfast was beautiful and delicious, and the reception staff were always available to answer any questions we had. We're glad we chose this hotel for our vacation.

Sometimes felt like the mountains in Europe :-) A fantastic place in a beautiful part of Vietnam. I could easily see this place being the same in the 40s and 50s and liked the fact that the old fireplaces had been made into features in the room instead of hidden. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and they have a moped rental service at the hotel for a very reasonable price.

This Property is Great! Very easy to find on google map and easy to get to with a big parking lot for about 10 cars. Everything was nice and clean when we check in.

The hotel is not very far from the city, considered convenient to travel because taking Grab is not expensive from the city center, but the hotel is quite old and the room smells like a musty smell in the bathroom. But if we talk about taking photos, it's a place where you can take beautiful photos, but it's not so big that in the area where they find a corner, it's a small hotel.

Customer service is 5/5. I email in advance that i wanted to check in early and they can accomodate it. They also prepare iron if you want but need to request to the receptionist. The staff are all nice.

Wonderful hotel! Stayed there with my mother during our trip. Of all the hotels we have been to, this hotel was our favorite! Generally a very underrated hotel. If the owners add a little soul, it has every chance of becoming a hotel 1 star higher.

The staff were friendly. The location is ambiguous. The hotel is too dark and there is a temple right in front. The morning bell rings without fail at 4 a.m. and it is very noisy. The facilities are very poor. First of all, the hotel is saving electricity, so it is very dark.

There is only one outlet, so you cannot boil water, watch TV, or charge your phone at once. There was no air conditioner in the room, so it would be difficult depending on the season. The staff is great. The price was cheap, so if you don't ask for too much, it's a good place to stay.

OK stay Just not my type of hotel. Friendly staff, but there is an incredible damp/moldy smell in all the rooms. I am used to hard beds, but this one really messed up my shoulders. The staff were nice, the wifi was good and the location was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The room was in the basement and they sneak this past you in the booking you really need to read the fine print when making a booking to see if the room has a window because we had no idea it didn’t say it. Luckily we were only there for two nights so was manageable but wasn’t pleasant.
