We stayed with friends on January 4th for 2 nights. We were checked in immediately. The area is quiet, there are no mosquitoes. We went on excursions. I recommend the hotel.

The reception was very friendly.

The supply of drinking water is inconvenient; only bath towels are available, no hand towels.

I was very pleased with the hotel. It's located close to the Night Market and other attractions. They provide fresh water every day. There were no mugs or tea/coffee, so it's best to bring your own. You can buy delicious coffee to the right of the entrance. There's a cafe and a small shop nearby. We were greeted by two friendly dogs upon arrival 🐶🐶

It's friendly and clean. The staff speaks English.

We visited on March 3rd, 2025, with our three-generation family. The rooms were beautiful and luxurious, fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly. The location was prime, near the night market, convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The hotel's facade was spacious and airy.

Nice place right in the middle of town. Very friendly staff, there were some noises from the street, even on the 5th floor.

Really good location. Few steps to the market and other street food vendors. The water closets on top floor didn't always flush properly. Staff were OK, didn't respond quickly with WC complaint.

As soon as I arrive and checkout all the staff were exceptionally friendly, happy and very helpful with any questions i had. The room was very spacious, extremely clean and tiday. Bed was amazing. The breakfast included was delicious every morning out on the balcony as I listend to the birds singing. I didnt want to leave as Dalat is a beautiful town to stay in.

I loved the villa, especially the breakfast with its beautiful view. It's quite chilly in Dalat, so my room was cold. I asked for a portable heating system, and they gave me a fan that warmed it up. It was truly wonderful; the room warmed up quickly. But the most important thing is the staff!! Everyone was kind and nice, and they even gave me a 15% discount on my next stay. I recommend it.

We had a beautiful balcony room with romantic view of Da Lat city. Warm welcome and very good service. Love the view of persimmon garden from restaurant. They have good location, not so far city center which provides you quiet time for relaxing. Weather is very nice too,

Ok Staffs are friendly. Location is great, close to Da Lat market and many restaurants around. Parking in front. Hot water is instantly turned on, which is great. Reasonable price but the condition can be improved. Cons: foul &musty room, pillows and bed sheets are old.

I just had a trip to Da Lat last week and stayed with friends, renting 3 rooms. Everyone commented that the rooms here are good, clean, fully equipped, and the manager is also enthusiastic (the thing is that the soundproofing between the room and the room is not very quiet, it's still a bit noisy when speaking loudly 😅) .. if I have a chance to go to Da Lat, I will come back to support ks next time...

The only good thing I can say is that the room was big... Everything else – cleanliness, service, and location – was bad. Plus, due to the highland terrain, the building is built on slopes, and our room was in the basement. There was no air conditioning, so the blankets were damp. It felt like the hotel was undergoing renovations, as there was no breakfast and many bathroom facilities were broken....

I didn't sleep here so I can't review rooms. But there works Phat, who is the kindest person in Vietnam and really supported me to find a motorbike when every other place didn't have. So I suggest to give a chance to this Place, because they hired him.

Something made my eyes and skin itch at this hotel. The first room had a serious black mould problem and l asked to move to another room. I didn’t sleep well here due to whatever l seemed to be allergic to! I have travelled all over SE Asia and had not experienced this allergy at any other hotel or home stay. Stayed here for two nights. Very reasonable and well maintained hotel. It’s in the city center 250 meter walk to the main market and night market. Rooms are big in size. No ac which is not required for this climate.

There are some male employees who are chubby and white, not very tall, very poor service, making faces at customers. Very bad behavior As for the female employees, the service is good. But there will be extremely bad male employees. Terrible service Other than that, inside the hotel is all ok.

The location is great, just a few minutes' walk from Xuan Huong Lake. The breakfast was quite filling. The hotel's decor and facilities are dated. The curtains are only gauze, which can wake you up early in the morning when the roosters crow. There are no tissues in the room, only toilet paper in the bathroom.

I usually stay at Nhat Vy Hotel whenever I go to Da Lat. The reason I always choose Nhat Vy 2 is because it's newer than Nhat Vy 1, the prices are similar, the rooms are clean and spacious, the hot water is strong, there's parking, a yard or room for family BBQs, and the staff are enthusiastic and lovely. Most of the time when my family group travels here.

Very comfy bed, good shower, pleasant view from the balcony. One staff member speaks good English and was very accommodating. The hotel is very new and everything in good condition. I will stay again. Please note however that it is on a small road and a bit remote from the centre. On the other hand, the area is quiet and there are a couple nice cafes further up the road.

The hotel isn't new; it's definitely seen some life, but overall, for the price, I wasn't expecting a five-star super experience. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything worked perfectly. Yes, there were some worn spots and stains here and there, but that didn't bother me. The breakfast was good; I actually expected worse, and there was a decent selection.
