My room was cold, both literally and figuratively. There was no air conditioning, and the interior was a bland white with tiles that looked like they belonged in a bathroom. My window faced a busy road, but since I go to bed late, it didn't bother me. It's next to the night market, so the location is pretty convenient if you're only in town for a couple of days at most.

The location is good, opposite is a famous bakery, and the night market is not far from the hotel. The room facilities are relatively old, but it is fine for people with low requirements. I chose the price of 2 adults and 1 child on trip.com, and it was printed out that 3 people can stay in one room, but only 2 adults at most. But the hotel still charged me extra because I had a 10-year-old child....

For the price, it's much better than I expected. It's clean, but some of the furniture is tired. The bathroom has a working water heater and looks renovated. Excellent hotel, close to the night market, the madhouse, and the Golden Buddha, about 5 km away. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They tried to help with any questions we had. Everything was very comfortable, and we were very pleased with our stay.

I cannot speak highly enough about the service I received at this hotel. Nothing fancy. No fridge, no aircon but had a fan which was sufficient. The bed was too firm for me but didn’t stop me from sleeping. Front office was so helpful, in fact amazing for all that he did for me. Really lovely person. I wish them all the best. Jean and Rosie were very kind and attentive to our needs. The food was very good. We stayed 5 nights in two different rooms, both very nice. My most favorite place to stay in Da Lat. Quiet, peaceful, spacious room, good food, cute doggies and friendly staff. It's a bit far from the city center, so it's nice that there's no noise from honking horns during the day. The rice noodle restaurant next door has a separate Korean menu and is cheap and delicious. The hotel owners, while not fluent in English, always greet guests with a smile and try their best to use body language to answer any questions or concerns. The rooms are decent for the price.

To start off check-in was a nightmare. Not only was the night receptionist was not at reception, he was drunk as the approach does after a 45-minute wait in the lobby and calls to all the numbers we can find. It seems that he was partying with some buddies instead of working. Furthermore, there was no hot water until 0800 the next day. The young ladies during the day were helpful and pleasant.

Clean and right across the lake at a very reasonable price. We liked it and for such a price would always recommend it. The hotel is right opposite the lake in a stiff reclining curve away few meters from the main road. Of course walking distance to the major roundabout.

Visited in January. Amazing experience, the staff were incredibly friendly and such a beautiful round of golf in a stunning valley. Very hard course, tight fairways and lots of water. Fairways were a bit soft but other than that it was amazing, and caddy was superb. For the cost this would be in the UK, it's incredible value. Highly recommended.

My stay is so far great. It located nearby entertaining places. Three criticisms are (1) the serving cup wasn’t cleaned. It still has a stained of coffee from previous guests when I arrived, (2) the hot water was not working well, and (3) the blanket is kinda thin that I couldn’t get warm under it.
