The second night was unforgivable. Exhausted, I climbed into bed only to feel something skitter across my leg. Turning on the lights, I discovered several cockroaches inside the sheets and even more emerging from the headboard. It was clear the infestation is severe and the housekeeping is non-existent. To make matters worse, there were no bottles of water provided in the room—not even a basic amenity you expect from any airport hotel.
When I complained to the front desk, the staff showed zero urgency or apology, merely offering a half-hearted "sorry" with no room change or refund. For the price, the location is not worth the biohazard this hotel presents. Do not stay here unless you want to bring home more than just souvenirs. I left feeling dirtier than when I arrived.
It's a bit far from the city center.
