A25 Hotel 14 Luong Huu Khanh in Ho Chi Minh

First and foremost, I want to thank the hotel staff. It's clear they are very friendly and patient with their guests. The reception desk helped me resolve my issues multiple times. They arranged luggage storage after check-out, organized a transfer to exchange currency and buy a SIM card, and even allowed an early check-in. Now, a bit about the hotel itself: A25 is a chain with many locations in Ho Chi Minh City. They are compact and often situated on bustling streets. My room lacked shelves for clothes. The furniture was a bit dated, the window was dirty, and the opening mechanism didn't work well (hence the 4-star rating). Everything else was superb – the bedding and room cleaning were done daily. Bottled water and toiletries were replenished constantly, even if the previous supply wasn't used up. My hotel was located 2 km from the city center, which positively impacted my logistics. In three days, we managed to see many attractions (on foot). I'd read previous reviews about the breakfasts, but I think they're overblown. The menu changes, and there are over 10 dishes to choose from; we always left full.

It's a chain hotel, and the service level is quite high! The guys at the reception helped with everything! Special thanks to them. It's clean, and the center is nearby. Breakfasts are a 4 out of 5; they cook to order. It's worth the money.

Haha, this is a small hotel. The building is quite old, but it's clean enough. If location is a priority for you, then definitely consider this hotel – their location is fantastic! Hahahaha.

The staff arent good at English, not clearly about the rule in the end I need to pay more for something I misunderstood. Unpleasant

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the action yet surprisingly quiet. All their branches are well-located, but this one stands out for its peaceful atmosphere. The staff are also very enthusiastic.
