The person at the front desk just sat there with headphones on, playing on their phone, and seemed to know nothing beyond handing out room cards.
The manager's service attitude wasn't much better. The first thing they said was: 'You booked on which platform, then leave your negative review on that platform.' And then, 'The boss doesn't care about anything, and we don't have the authority.'
They just kept deflecting responsibility, as if they didn't even realize they were in the service industry.
Besides, my request wasn't excessive; it was just an iron, and they made such a big fuss about it. I'm speechless. I'll never choose a hotel with such bad service again.
