Hotel location is very convenient, breakfast is cold and nothing special, Room is clean, shower drainage is a bit slow. Room is good size for 2 people. Staff is helpful definitely will go back or recommend friends. A proper window will definitely improve the score.

The front desk service was excellent, very gentle and accommodating. The location is superb; there's a massage parlor right next door, and Japan Town is just a short walk away. Getting a Grab (ride-hailing service) was also very quick. The only minor downsides were that during my 5-night stay, one night the room cleaning wasn't as thorough as it could have been (a small issue), and the breakfast options were a bit limited.

Good location. Room is spcaious enough for 2 people, nd quite clean. Air conditioning is too strong (adjust to 26°C but still quite cool). Breakfast is a bit simple but food was kept warm with heating device, so even if we go have the breakfast around 9am the food are still warm.

Clean and hygienic, with complete facilities, and a wonderful jacuzzi. Definitely worth another visit.

While the staff were generally friendly, some seemed quite unapproachable and didn't even offer a greeting. I was disappointed to find cockroaches in the room, and it also had a strong, musty smell. On top of that, the noise from outside was easily audible, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

Very good located hotel. Nice and usefull "Japanese" districts around. Bad nose cancelation in room, highly recommended to get a pair of earplugs

Very pleased with the hotel experience. Friendly staff, clean accomodation and good food. Location is also accessible to the shops. 7/11 is just on front. Will definitely rebook☺️
