The apartment is located in a lively area with easy access to supermarkets, convenience stores, and small local eateries, which made everyday living very convenient.
It’s also close to Tan Son Nhat International Airport, so getting in and out of the city was easy. Nearby is GIA Clinic, one of my favorite places in Saigon, with highly qualified dermatologists. Overall, this apartment is a great choice for a short-term stay.

I had the worst experience here. It’s as late night on 27th December and we urgently needed a hotel as our accomodation on booking.com had cancelled us. When we showed up the receptionist was DRUNK. He could not even take the picture of our passport properly and was swinging a lot. Then, he gave us room keys for a room that was already occupied, when we opened it we saw someone else inside. We immediately left and felt extremely unsafe. Would not recommend Booking.com for bookings in Ho Chi Minh City and they often cancel on you last minute absolute scam especially when we were all girls. Had no where to stay that night

The hotel is close to the airport, and the room was clean and comfortable — but that’s about the only good thing I can say. When I checked in around 11 p.m., the female receptionist took a photo of my passport, then oddly asked to take another one a few minutes later. I was exhausted from traveling but still agreed.
What really surprised me was that they sent a male staff member to my room in the middle of the night just to take another photo of my passport. That was completely inappropriate and made me feel unsafe. A hotel should protect guests’ privacy, not invade it.
The next morning, another receptionist was much more polite and professional. She apologized for the situation and explained things more clearly, which I appreciated. However, the unpleasant experience from the night before still left a negative impression. I hope the hotel will improve staff training and respect guests’ privacy in the future.

location is good, room is clean, but staff is terrible. I booked 1 night on Agoda, and wanted extend 1 more night. Staff told me it would cost more money. I said why? On Agoda is cheaper, can I rebook on there? He said, booking online won't guarantee a room. I said, "fine, check me out, I will find different hotel." As I walked away, a different staff called me back and said go ahead and book online, they will give me a room. On checkout day, I tried to pay with a credit card, "our machine don't work." Yea, right, what ever, will never stay here again. Too scammy!

I stayed for 10days, but they have only 2 small water for the complimentary only for 10days staying here! it's real only two small bottle of water!!!! is it so weird right?

I asked to the reception about the drinking water. Should I check in and check out repeatedly for every day, so that I will get to water for every day, right? He say Yes. You know someday has a big raining. I cannot go outside to buy some water.

The room that I stay has a poor connection of Wi-Fi so that I have to use my own data Internet.

Hotel is fine for its price range. Its been renovated recently. Rooms are clean. Street is quiet. Breakfast choice is a bit limited.
Hotel took the clothes that we left on the floor and sent it for cleaning. Even though we didnt request for it. They charged us for this. When we complained, they were really rude with us and we had to pay no matter what (4 rooms had the same issue). They should review this process and change their behavior with customer (the lady at the reception was nice but the cleaning manager man was rude)

I just stayed for a night. For a transit flight out of HCM City.
Quite happy with the Hotel. Decent breakfast.

Room is quite small. But all facilities are available.

It's difficult to locate this hotel. It's on a side street. Take care if you arrive in the night.
