Location is excellent. Pricing was pretty decent. The staff at the reception were very friendly and nice to us. It has an in house massage centre as well which is priced very decently too. Rooms are just ok. We upgraded are room to a balcony room, but the other rooms with only windows are quite small. Good and clean towels in bathroom. AC in our room was working just OK. Whereas in our friends room there were not able to set the thermostat temperature. We arrived early and we requested if early check in is possible, they accepted our request charge is - 400,000 for 2 to 3 hrs. Also for room upgrade they additional charge 400,000 per night in case you want bigger rooms.

This hotel is overrated. They try to squeeze as much as possible from guests—I was charged 500,000 VND just to check in a couple of hours early. The property also feels unsafe; the entrance and the shower both seem like accidents waiting to happen. The Wi-Fi works only intermittently. There are many nearby hotels that are nicer and offer better value.

The hotel has a great location, with all the main attractions within walking distance. The breakfast offers a good selection of food. The staff are very kind and helpful, with special thanks to John for his assistance in arranging transportation. Excellent value for the price paid.

•••DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE AND GO THERE•••
At first we checked in very tired after a long flight he gave us the room card and the card he gave us opened another room door. So we left our luggage there. That was also our mistake that we didn’t notice but why the room card opens a random door?? How safe is it for the guests. they took us to the room we booked from the beginning, I was relieved until I went to the bathroom. There was hair inside the bathtroom from the previous guests and also very bad smell. After I turned on the air condition and guess what.. 35 degrees outside and it wasn’t working. I went to the reception asked him to fix it and he said I can change your room. So in 1 hour 3 dirty rooms. And the next day he wanted us to change again. We couldn’t stay there no more so they refund me the 95% of the amount I paid. I couldn’t stay there no more and I left without even reiciving an apology.
I REPEAT. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE TO GO THERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Great location, friendly check-in, and a very comfortable bed with a nice, cold fridge. However, the room had no soundproofing, so street and hallway noise were constant, and we were disturbed early each morning despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Wi-Fi was mostly fine but occasionally dropped, and the bath/shower setup was a bit awkward to use.

Very nice hotel, centrally located (in front of Ben Thanh market), so main attractions in district 1 are quite close and easy to reach with a short walk. Rooms are modern and quite spacious. Staff is friendly and very attentive. Good breakfast (even if it is NOT buffet) with a great view on Ho Chi Minh from the top roof terrace. Recommended!

Very central and you are right outside the market added bonus of grocery store right next door. Whatever you do spend the extra for a bigger room with a view. The smaller rooms face a dirty brick wall and there is no room whatsoever. Fridges are not turned on till you arrive and put key in slot so drinks are hot and it takes all night for fridge to cool down.
Not a bad spot for the price. Menu is same every day and food is ok.

The staffs here are friendly and helpful. Cleanliness well maintain and the breakfast served is superb. Only one down side is its quite noisy from the street and has no sound proved wall. Anyway still had a pleasant stay here!

Simple clean hotel with 4 rooms per floor with 9 floors. Roof top cafe is just a roof top patio where breakfast is served. Great view and good place to take your minibar contents to. Well spoken staff and very central - right across the main market and 10 min walk to main bar street

Comfortable and good value hotel with good service. When we arrived the receptionist who spoke good english helped us find a lost passport. Our premium room was a good size and the air conditioning worked well. There is a coffee maker too though we never managed to master that. The location is very central and only 10 minutes walk to the bus station. Airport is 5k fare (airport taxi is 190k).
