Terrible. The room was old and didn’t feel clean. The fridge and aircon on the lounge area both required technicians to look at them and fix them. In addition to this, the aircon in the second bedroom was leaking onto one of the beds. The buffet breakfast was questionable. The photos online paint a different picture. I would not recommend staying here.

An absolutely stunning hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and luxurious, and the location couldn't be better. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip. We had the balcony which was amazing.

This hotel have a very good breakfast! The location is excellent, near a lot of shoppings, restaurants, coffee... The stuff were nice with us with earlier check in. I just recommended it.

Hotel is located near to Ben Thanh Market and walking distance to most attractions like War Memorial, Presidential Palace and Saigon Post Office making your walking day tour an easy, free and pleasant time. Hotel Breakfast is good with varieties of food to choose from. Staff is good and helpful. Room is good and sufficient. Very near to famous Banh Mi Huyn Hoa and Pho Viet Nam place. Overall very nice hotel.

Excellent service by staff. The breakfast is decent and filling with a few repeated options. The bathroom was clean and there was prompt housekeeping as well. They have 20% discount on grab rides to and from the hotel location and 25 for grab food orders to the hotel, so I think it's a good perk if you want to get around the city. Very central location with everything almost in a 10 minute walking radius.

The staff insisted that two different room types were actually the same. The first and second pictures online clearly show different rooms, yet they gave me the room from picture one when I paid for picture two, and charged the same price! This is pure deception and not worth the money. On top of that, the facilities were old and dirty. The sofa had some unknown liquid stains, and the curtains were gray.
