Breakfast was fantastic as was the 50% Happy Hour on the roof top bar! Pool looked nice but we didn’t have time.
Was about $12AUD to airport with Grab and about 30 minutes. There was a Maccas almost opposite if that’s your thing!

Service, communication and staff not adequate to the hotel standards and expectations set. They promote a signature cocktail complimentary but it is a big joke. It is a giant ice cube which entirely fits into a glass and a small centimeter of blue liquid. There is no choice but just one. It is very similar to the welcome drink available at the reception.
I mention it because it is one of the key elements that sounded an extra value for money when I booked this place. The cocktaul It is a joke and insult

Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
