Only comment is the complimentary tooth paste could be better instead of the paper packaging tooth paste which is insufficient. Other than that, it is a great hotel for this price range.
Very near by the key Market area where plenty of local food, clothing, shoes and bag shopping. About 4km Grab ride to District 5, China town area.
The hotel breakfast is good with variety of local foods.
The only problem is the aircon got water leaking. The front desk and the hotel staffs are very helpful.
Great hotel in a very strategic location—it was so easy to get around the city from here.
A special shout-out to Emelyn at the front desk. When I was late for my reservation at the Blank Lounge in Landmark 81, she helped me called them to verify and hold my booking, although Blank Lounge refused and asked me to walk in reserve again. That kind of service is priceless!
The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again for the convenience and the wonderful staff.
Was up and out so no time to try the breakfast hut looked nice. Fresh towels and water changed daily.
They gave me a cake as a surprise for my birthday that was cute.
Bad points - the room we stayed in the drain was making noises all night sounded like water was running. The shower was awful literally a small handheld one on the wall that if you moved it would soak the whole bathroom, and the bath was a bit grotty round the sides.
When checking out we got accused of taking a towel from the room when we never did! They tried getting us to pay for this towel we refused as we did not take the towel! So please be aware when staying here that they don’t try to charge you for something!!!
