They lost my laundry. The cleaning lady said she left it in my room, but the reception couldn't give me a conclusive answer as to whether the cleaning staff lost it or if it just wasn't delivered to me. I'm a bit upset because they weren't expensive clothes, so it's not a huge deal, but if they had been, the hotel should definitely take responsibility for lost items. After all, the cleaning staff works for the hotel, and I entrusted my laundry to the hotel. I hope they improve their system so this doesn't happen again. After living in Vietnam for several months, I've had clothes turn red from the wash, but this is the first time I've experienced something being completely lost. It's frustrating, but on the other hand, I guess my luggage will be lighter when I go back to Korea? Haha.

An unpleasant experience. The hotel looked splendid in the photos, but in reality, it was a dump. It seemed like the place hadn't been cleaned in decades. The floors were black, all the walls were stained, and the bed linen was terribly dirty. The worst part was that the bedding was synthetic, making you sweat within a minute. Sleeping with the AC on was impossible as it blew directly onto the bed; we both got sick after just one night. No cleaning, not even a superficial one, was done before our arrival – the entire floor was covered in someone else's hair. In the kitchen cupboard, we found moldy coconuts with insects. Was this a 'welcome gift' from the establishment?

I don't know what more to add; I wouldn't stay here again even for free, let alone paying for it. On the plus side, it wasn't noisy despite being near a highway, and there's an elevator. The neighborhood isn't bad. However, the reviews on Google Maps are much more accurate than the ones posted here.

I didn't like the hotel because the room had dirty floors, dirty walls, dirty windows, and the handle on the front door was falling off.
