Booked a total of 7 rooms, due to arrive on 3/6/22. Rooms were confirmed for us on 17/03/22 (over 2 months ago). Literally 48 hours before we are due to arrive in Saigon from AUSTRALIA, they have cancelled our rooms. With NO REASONING, NO ALTERNATIVE and NO CARE FOR THE FACT.
Now 13 of my friends and myself are scrambling to find a place that can accommodate to such a group with such short notice.
This is absolutely terrible, the lack of customer service and lack of empathy is astonishing. Attempts to reach the hotel directly have fallen on deaf ears. NO RESPONSE by emails and the phone number on google does not work?
What kind of business, does this? to cancel a confirmed booking 48 hours out? Especially when their guests are international guests?
This is not a 4 star hotel, a motel in the middle of Botswana would probably do better than this.

A very good hotel for the price. The hotel was exceedingly clean and is in a great location right in the middle of D1. Bed sheets are of high quality. Marble bathrooms are great with quality showers.
This hotel like all hotels in Saigon right now is going through a difficult time with no tourists, but the staff are doing a great job, and I was very impressed with their attitude, notably Tracy and Lu Anh at front desk. Even though there are few guests right now, they are keeping the standards high and I have really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

Lovely hotel in great location. Modern clean, staff helpful.

The room is clean and very cozy. I love all the details and patterns that are used for decoration here. All facilities are thoughtful and make me feel at ease. The staff is friendly and smiley. Great location which is 5min to walking street. Just a small minus point that buffet breakfast is not available at the moment (it is served as aet menu). Highly recommend to all looking for a home away from home in Saigon.🌿
