Princess Saigon Central Hotel in Ho Chi Minh

Hotel was in the perfect location, so much so I canceled my other accomodation just to be here. Staff are incredibly helpful & kind. One of the smallest rooms I’ve stayed in, however it was really spacious, I was worried about feeling stuck but I wish I had stayed longer. As a solo woman traveling I highly recommend.
It is by far the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, in Vietnam, which was a relief, the room also seemed quite modern & everything well presented. I would 100% stay again, and recommending to friends who are about to travel. I liked that as a solo woman I could go out for dinner and be back at the hotel in literally one minute, there are so many restaurants right by that the options are endless.
Only thing I had trouble with was using the taps in the shower it was so confusing but figured it out… there is hot water just keep trying with tap! :)
Next door has a really good massage shop called “wellness” go there also! So convenient. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in HCMC unless this area.

The location is fantastic, far from noise. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is outstanding. The staff are very helpful.

Special thanks to Jenny, the front desk supervisor, and the entire front desk team. We needed help arranging transportation to Vung Tau, and Jenny handled everything for us — booking tickets, confirming pickup times, and making sure the drivers knew exactly where to meet us. It took all the stress out of moving between cities.

Everyone at the front desk was friendly, responsive, and spoke great English .Check-in and check-out were smooth, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about making guests feel looked after.

Excellent location, walking distance to many landmarks. Directly opposite is a brilliant spa. Many good food locations. Hotel pool is small but not surprising for such a central location, can’t really do laps but can use it to cool off. Breakfast is really good- such amazing variety serving local food as well as international breakfast, delicious sourdough toast!

Stayed in this hotel many times. The room It’s getting aging , need upgrade a bit.

Never got to stay… put the wrong dates in and couldn’t change it and got ripped off for $159 Aust… very disappointed with the attitude and the help I got…. Was told by the hotel manager that if I rebooked for the right date they would cancel my booking…. but the price of the correct date was 2 times the price…. also explained that I was meeting a tour at the hotel and what I was trying to do was to add 2 rooms and 2 extra days on my stay but never herd back with any advice…. Not pleased at all getting ripped off with your app and how it works… very easy to get ripped off

Everything so good that we are returning at the end of our trip!

Great location. Bar and restaurant next door. Hotel is cooling with personal air conditioner unit. Comfort bed and pillow. Breakfast is good. Has pho and western selection

The staff were friendly and the facilities were clean and good.
