A In Hotel Del Luna in Ho Chi Minh

Stayed here from March 17-22 . Pretty much value for money.

Hotel is in a residential area so lots of cheap eats, laundry services, and even market. A few minutes walk from Ben Thanh Market and Beer Street but you need to ride a bike/car to get to tourist sites like Independence Palace, War Museum, Opera House, etc.

The room I got was a Standard Double Room located on 1F. It was quite spacious with plenty of space for your luggages. There were no cabinets or drawers in the room, something they can improve on.

It has a big shower area, but could probably use a divider to separate the toilet from the shower as the bathroom floor gets wet especially when taking long baths.

Wifi in the room is not reliable so be prepared to have your own mobile data if you plan on doing some work in your room.

The hotel staff are nice, attentive, and considerate. Tram, Hao, and all the receptionists are very kind.

Much better than other hotels, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Tram went out of the way to accommodate us with a pleasant stay with her kind and generous attitude! Vietnam needs more people like her.

The best value in the area. The staff, in particular Tram and Hảo were so pleasant and kind. The room even had a wonderful hot tub!!!

We had a pleasant stay overall and really appreciated the kindness and effort of the staff. We checked in quite late, around 11 PM or midnight, and unfortunately the first room we were given had an air conditioner that wasn’t cooling the room properly. We waited until around 2 AM to see if it would improve, but sadly it didn’t.
After calling reception, the staff responded helpfully and arranged another room for us. We had to wait a little while as they prepared it, and around 3 AM we moved to a second room. The air conditioning there worked better, although still not perfectly.
The next morning, the hotel kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a nicer room with a bath, which we really appreciated and happily accepted. They also thoughtfully informed us that we had left something in the fridge in our first room and made sure it was kept safely for us at reception.
Despite the inconvenience with the air conditioning, the staff handled the situation very professionally and were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. As an extra gesture, we were also given a complimentary breakfast the next morning, which was very kind and much appreciated.
Overall, we had a nice experience. What stood out most was how well the staff took care of us and how they tried their best to make things right. Thank you for your hospitality — we truly appreciated it and would be happy to stay again.

The hotel is well located and the staff is nice. The bedroom has a big size, but would be nice to have a wardrobe instead of only hangers. In general, I like it

The room wasn't very clean, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, and the soundproofing wasn't good.

If you're just staying one night, it's not bad. It was nice that there was a good rice noodle restaurant within walking distance. The water pressure was really strong and the water was warm.

The place is clean and the staff are very accommodating
