As the reviews said, the location was super convenient. The staff were all very kind. If only the drainage issue could be improved, I would highly recommend this place.

I was very disappointed from the time I checked. Front desk person was rude but I attributed it to very limited English ability. The room was good sized but dirty. There were two cockroaches in the room . It just felt dirty..the bathroom had a lot of mold around the sink and the shower. The light above the mirror had been removed and two wires were just hanging there.
The breakfast was a bowl of noodles or a bun and two ggs and tea.
I cannot recommend this hotel .

Everything was perfect! The owners are very helpful and obliging and are genuinely lovely people. The second you walk in it feels welcoming and it feels like you are home.

“The staff are friendly, and the venue is great since it’s close to many tourist spots. The security guards are very helpful, especially when loading and unloading luggage. The cleaning staff are respectful and keep the place spotless. There are plenty of food options nearby, and it’s conveniently located near a police station, which makes it feel extra safe for tourists.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my breakfast experience during my recent stay. I booked a room for two people, which included breakfast for two. However, when I went for breakfast, I was only given one portion.

Additionally, I was told that bánh mì was the only option available because everything else was sold out. A few minutes later, several Vietnamese guests arrived and were served other breakfast choices — even those who came after them. This made me feel discriminated against, as I was the only foreign guest dining at that time and was only given a simple bánh mì set (French bread with two eggs).

When I requested the second breakfast that was included in my booking, the staff initially refused, even after I showed proof of my reservation. It was only after I insisted on speaking with the management that I finally received my second meal — rib porridge, which was actually very tasty. However, I did not receive any apology, and the staff’s attitude throughout the experience was very poor and unprofessional.

I hope you will look into this matter seriously, ensure your staff treat all guests fairly, and improve the breakfast service and customer care for future guests.
