Decent hotel. Very convenient location with plenty of nearby locations for shopping and food. Budget wise, decent for money, ideal if you're solo travelling.

The shower rooms are adjoined, so I could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring room. The noise disturbed my sleep.

The hotel would need some TLC but the staff and the location make this a really good hotel and place to stay! Thank you to all the staff members as they were amazing! So even if the hotel would need some work it’s still an excellent place to stay and we will be back!

Best Location and friendly staff (girl in the morning).
We upgraded to the family room (101), the beds were comfy and we got a bit more space however the room door was quite sticky difficult to close unless had to use extra force then that made loud bang noise and as was the bathroom door, the lock it was damaged and couldn't lock at all. And no hot shower.
Overall the rest was fine.

Hotel location is good. Easy to arrive and depart by hail-riding. Many local tour operators in same area. No shortage of eateries and restaurants within 5mins. Walking distance to main attractions ie Ben Thanh market, Bui Vien street, Post office etc….Daily breakfast is above average.
The not so good are, room is not sound proof. You can hear your neighbours if they are noisy. Toilet is old but functional. Small lift too, need to queue during peak hours. Only a few younger counter staff can understand and speak average English. So be simple, clear and precise in your Q&A.
Overall, value for money if you are not a fussy person.

Good location. Room is very basic. The bathroom /toilet very small and the water licking every time you turn on the sink tap and shower is licking towards the bathroom floor and dump all the time very cramp hardly have a space to dry your yourself after showering.

Great central location in Pham Ngu Lao, the hotel facilities are decent, and it offers good value for money. Overall, a solid choice.

Super love this place. Almost everything is within walking distance. Ben Than Market is 5mins away, Central Market is just outside across the road. There are marts and spas downstairs that are open 24/7. Receptionists are always nice plus the guards are always helpful with the luggage or shopping bags. Didnt try the breakfast but my friend said its good. Would definitely book it again when Im in Saigon.

The room is clean and the location is near to the bus, if you taking bus is very good for you to stay here. The breakfast is also good you can enjoy the food and the cleanness in this hotel.

One of the worst possible hotel that I ever saw in my life. Horrible staff... Very uncourteous. It seems all they are interested is, in the wallet of customers without taking care of the needs. Very pushy staff. Hotel itself have crampy rooms and no air circulation. I will never ever go back there again.

We checked out after being there for an hour. We were totally okay with how old the hotel was because you get what you pay for. However friendly customer service can be accomplished free of charge.
Unfortunately we had a terrible experience with the front desk when we asked for simple directions to the spa, servers being rude, very loud staff with stuff everywhere while they setup for a wedding.
I understand business must be done but it can be done politely. We ended up checking out immediately without causing a problem at the front desk and even paid 500k VND or $20 USD for the hour we were there.
We immediately booked an Airbnb down the road for less price but with amazing customer service, great location, solid WiFi and even free washer dryers in District 1. So my advice is to avoid this hotel and go with a solid Airbnb.
